- Description: Dollarson, who was on probation for manufacture & delivery of crack cocaine, attempted to steal the man's cell phone as he departed the train, but he wouldn't let go, leading to a struggle that continued off the train and onto the platform near the stairwell. The man fell down the stairs, suffering multiple injuries, including bleeding to the brain. Dollarson watched him fall, then stepped over him as she fled the station. The victim remains at the hospital in intensive care.
