- Babci's Touchy Touffy
- 1 Ring of Smoked Kielbasa (1lb)
- 1 lb plain ground beef rolled into meatballs (uncooked!)
- 1/2 lb diced smoked ham(optional)
- 4 medium potatoes sliced thin
- 1 onion diced
- 2 - 3 10 oz cans of Tomato Soup
- Spray a large stock pot or crock pot with Pam.
- Layer the first five ingredients.
- Mix the can of soup with one can of water. Pour over all.
- Stove Top: Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1.5 to 2 hours
- Crock pot: cook on High for 5 hours, low for 7-8 hours
- Instant pot: place loosely packed layer of meat on the bottom followed by water equivalent to the amount of tomato soup (I use a 23oz family can) layer the rest of the ingredients and cook on high high for 55 minutes.
- Serve with a nice green salad or green vegetable and rye bread.
