Alana Tyrna

Alana Tyrna – Byss-born noble. Reputation as a “Rebel Stomper” earlier in the war, she was given command of the Strike-class cruiser, Scylla where she almost highhandedly (though with significant help from Captain Tyvek of the Raider-class Corvette Macabre) defeated a rebel task force at Hemei IV. Promoted by the sector Moff, Moff Arvendis, to command the entire task force, she was given command of the Victory II-Class Star Destroyer, Splinter and the associated task force.

With this force she participated in the Liberation of Coruscant where Splinter took on two enemy Star Destroyers while defending Shadow Droid Carriers. Splinter was seriously damaged and Macabre was destroyed, though both Star Destroyers were captured. Admiral Zahn gave Alana a poor review for her performance, though Ap-Llewff, the Dark Side Adept leading the carriers she was assigned to protect gave her positive remarks.

After her father intervened in her career, she took a temporary posting on the Victory Class Star Destroyer Grim Death where she led a two-ship task force in Operation Tattered Banner, coming to the aid of a surprise Rebel attack on the garrison at Perma. Through tenacity and determination, she won the battle, though again with significant damage to her ship.

Her actions caught the eye of Imperial High Command who promoted her to Commander and assigned additional ships to her task force.

As Commander, Alana led her task force at the Battle of Trellen where she staved off a Rebel attack on the orbital high port, though her fighter corps was virtually wiped out.

Misadventures with "creative bookkeeping" on her ship led to Lord Brakiss giving her a punitive assignment. Attaching her to the Brentaal navy under the command of Admiral Lobkin as he was dispatch to retake the Negs from the Yevetha. Admiral Lobkin gave Alana command of the Imperial II-Class Star Destroyer "Retribution" and command over the 4th Division of his fleet.

A costly, though ultimately successful battle at Aradia was her start to the campaign. She also participated in the Battle of N'Zoth, as well as locating the Super Star Destroyer "Intimidator" and crafted a plan to seize the ship intact. Inspite of this, she was placed under the command of Commander Lennox who took credit for the capture of Intimidator and was promoted to Admiral.

After a furlough to Byss, Alana, the 4th Division and Lobkin's 3rd Fleet were assigned to Corellia
