It was referenced in one of the "Pennas and Goetias" greentext, with Stella noting that Stolas has come clean when it comes to "herbs" compared to his youth, and then Stolas off-handedly mentions that he hasn't smoked any since "Saloth", with Stella deducing that the "Pot" in "Pol Pot" didn't actually stand for "Potential".

What is Owlanon's personality? I noticed he looks like a stereotypical aristocratic femboy.

If you dig deep far back enough you technically had three different interpretations/versions of Owlanon.
The main Owlanon takes somewhat more after his Mother, in the regard that he takes his royal duties somewhat more seriously and is more reserved/regal in his actions and personality. But in spite of that he spends most of his time trying to keep his family together and mediate disputes.
The more 'femboy' interpretations comes from the horny posting version which, as you guessed, is similar to Owlanon but he's more feminine looking and is described as pretty, but he has some kind of body issues in that he thinks he's ugly.

No. Alastor is a deranged psychopath who would try to find some way to escalate the conflict between Stolas and Stella just for kicks. They have nothing in common.

Too young and too traumatized/busy salvaging his families relationships to care. Its sad really.

Ironically getting shot through the neck may have finally gotten his family back together.

The thing is, basing off Stolas, bird demons don't seem to wear any pants that go beyond their ankle (reminder: bird ankles are higher up than a human's), so the pants should stop around there too. So, I if I had to draw the lower half of Owlnon, I would have fashioned them kind like pic related of Augustus here.

Ok I didn't want to show any bit of that Owlnon content I was making but I remembered that I did draw his bottom half, so, because we're are discussing it, I guess I can post this.
Of course, anyone else can draw him however they want but this is just my take on the bottom half (and a still work in progress)

Btw if you don't get what he's doing, Owlnon is sitting and looking up.

Owlnon is actually shorter than Octavia. He's the shortest member of the family, so he wears a Towering Pillar of Hats to make up for it.
Everyone thinks it's ridiculous, but he just wears it so well that no-one in the family objects to it.
