when we went to the island to look for skaggs rockrum we found a diary that provided a map of the first floor of the fortress

- a sea cave exists under the island as an escape route, at low tide is great and at high it's a stealthy entrance
- harrigan's personal quarters are located on the 3rd floor. above would be the fastest route
