- Description: The pair robbed Charles’ friend, Jason Scott Jones, then used his stolen cell phone to setup a drug buy with Charles, pretending to be Jason. When Charles got in the Kia that arrived, Traviss shot Charles. Charles got out of the car to flee, but collapsed after a few steps, as the bullet had pierced his lung. The Kia then drove away.
