  1. TangoWorldWide would like to enter a formal dispute on behalf of our community, our players, and the other communities and players involved that will be listed below for reference.
  2.
  3. We believe that the infraction of Rule 4 contained within the event rules in regards to the PrestigeGaming roster should stand as a disqualification ruling, the community/roster of PrestigeGaming did knowingly play with and hid the fact that one of their players was recently VAC banned. We think that in this instance it is only fair to the tournament and the communities participating in it that the rules be upheld as such, we also find it concerning that there was no open discussion with the rest of the communities involved during the consideration of the decision that was reached.
  4.
  5. As such multiple teams will now be forced to forgo their time outside of this tournament as this will cause a bracket and scheduling shift, something that not even Professional players are forced to endure either online or on LAN. The original schedule of matches should be kept as they are instead of forcing multiple Best-of-3 matches in the same day, which will equate to an all-day match not only for our team but other teams as well.
  6.
  7. We see that there are two solutions in which to explore.
  8.
  9. 1. PrestigeGaming is disqualified per the rules laid out that all communities and teams agreed to prior to the event, and the schedule be allowed to continue as originally planned.
  10.
  11. Those in agreement with Option 1:
  12. ColosseumGaming
  13. GFL Clan
  14. SeriousGmod
  15. TangoWorldWide
  16.
  17.
  18. 2. In the case that PrestigeGaming is not disqualified we petition that the re-match and “Round 2” lower bracket matches should take place on Friday, this way it will not interfere with the normal schedule of matches on Saturday and Sunday. Doing so will allow the tournament to continue as scheduled and allow an acceptable amount of time between matches, instead of forcing players to play multiple matches all day long.
  19.
  20. Those in agreement with Option 2:
  21. GFL Clan
  22. SeriousGmod
  23.
  24. On behalf off all communities and players involved, we only wish for fair game-play and solidarity of the agreed upon schedule of matches.
  25.
  26. Signed-
  27. The Asian - ColosseumGaming
  28. Hacking Potato - GFL Clan
  29. Falcor - SeriousGmod
  30. SiL3nT - TangoWorldWide
