- Death abuse on the 1st checkpoint in RS - 2nd checkpoint death abuse in NF is faster than the fastest cycles without it by ~1s but is quite hard. Can grab the mask and not lose time as long as you beat the 1st spike cycle.
- UTC - TLC
- 2nd checkpoint is faster if you do all the double jumps in the level and catch the then faster lost city cycles
- 1st checkpoint is currently the meta, still pretty fast cycles in lost city and a good TR cycle with this as long as you do pulled board jumps.
- BD - SV
- 1st checkpoint is fast here, gives awesome cycles in SV that also work very well with the game over abuse skip. Need pretty good zigzag in BD to catch the first cycle

- Fastest cycle here saves 2.5s over the current meta cycles
- Cortex Power
- 1st checkpoint death abuse here is faster than the meta 2nd checkpoint death abuse by a little bit because the moving platform is in a faster spot, but the lasers are ass to get through
- GR
- 1st checkpoint death abuse is faster than the 2nd due to keeping a mask for a redhot pipe damage abuse and fast cycles (known as zbm strats)
- TW
- 1st checkpoint death abuse is faster because of barrel cycles
- THR - SC
- 4th checkpoint has been the meta for the longest time, pretty decent, easy SC cycles
- 3rd checkpoint is faster than this^ by 1s as long as you do the fast stairs+boards seen in the 40:07, cycles are a bit harder but not too bad
- 2nd checkpoint is 1s faster than this^ by 1s and is apparently ass
- LO - JOD
- 1st checkpoint death abuse in LO gives good JOD cycles, if you go decently fast (a good visual for this is if you catch the final moving platform without a submarine jump though you can not have this and be decently fine if you go fast enough) you can catch the fastest cycles with grabbing the mask so you don't have to do a maskless backwards flame skip
- 2nd checkpoint JOD is fast, and an even faster cycle to go for involves jumping a flame platform in a weird way and also doing very good movement but this is one of the hardest strats lol (known as jaws of regrets)
