I've been staff on a few servers. The Owner's said I was doing a great job since I was doing everything I could to make the server good

To moderate the discord and server. So muting, banning etc. if needed.

Your friend is reported for using a hacked client, and you know they’re hacking. How would you handle the situation?
I would record them and ban them for what ever reason they were hacking.
A friend asks you to send their application to the manager. How do you respond?
I would tell them to place where it should be and not to put pressure on the manager
You temporarily banned a player for sending inappropriate links, and now their friend is spamming you on Skype asking for them to unban them. How do you respond to them?
I would block them on skype, and if they were spamming on mc I would mute them temporarily.

You find that another staff member is abusing their powers, and they tell you to keep it a secret. They’re your friend and a fellow staff member. What do you do?
I would record them and send to a higher staff member
There hasn’t been any other staff online for hours, and there’s over 100 players online. Players are constantly asking you questions and breaking rules. What do you do?
Warn the people who are breaking the rules.
Someone files a report, but there’s insufficient evidence to go along with it. You’ve heard suspicions about this, and it could lead to a serious problem. What do you do?
I wouldn't ban them at first, but I would keep an eye on them. If they are hacking, I'd ban them
Someone links an image of a player in public chat and it’s obvious the player it is a picture of didn’t want it to be leaked. What do you do? I would warn them for 'Sharing personal info'

A gang of advertisers log on to spam a server IP. There’s at least 3 of them, and they have alts. What do you do?
I would mute the 3 of them and if they had bots then I would try and get a higher staff member.
The entire server crashes, who do you contact first?

I would contact a higher staff member
