Crew Roles

[cb]Crew Positions:

[c]Your position in a crew is made more important with the recent reset. Here are the parameters of how you can customize yourself in any organizations or crew/unit.

[cb]Title Position:
This position is described by a position not needing of a backstory or developement, just a description of how you got to this point, you may use a role position on the side along with this position. The captain may have 2 Title Positions.

[cb]Role Positions:
[c]This is a skill, a role in which has to be backed up in your backstory, telling why you have these skills, in roleplay this will be essential to most crews, each person can have a single role.

[cb]Rules
[c]A person can have two of these attributes while the captain may have 3, as well as the First and Second Mates.

[cb]TItle Position List

[cb]Captain:
The leader and organizer of the entire group this person is the main spender of the Crew Wallet, as well as controls the entire ship and their functions.

[cb]1st Mate
[c]The First Mate is pretty much the Vice Captain of the ship, making decisions that the Captain doesn't have the time to make, and may have the most influence with the Captain, depending on what type of crew it is.

[cb]2nd Mate
[c]For the Larger sized crews, the second mate controls the second half of the fleet, or organization.

[cb]Gunner/Marksman
[c]Having the best aim of the entire crew, this member is the one mostly using the guns and weapon of range on the ship. As well as usually using a gun or ranged weapons themselves for regular combat.

[cb]Swordsman
[c]The Swordsman’s job is to be able to protect the Captain and other crewmates, whilst being very experienced in Swordsmanship. The swordsman is usually the crew mate most adept in the craft.

[cb]Chronicler
[c]A person known to keep to story of the crew, tracking their adventure, sometimes known for keeping inventory as well/

[cb]Scholar
[c]The knowledgeable member of the crew, known for their fast wisdoms of multiple topics.

[cb]Look out
[c]A person who’s eyes are sharp, being able to call out and acknowledge things from quite a ways.

[cb]Commando/Guerrilla
[c]A user of a plethora of weapons, usually being quite adept with most of them, while not having many flashy or spectacular moves with each one.

[cb]Helmsman
[c]The person who steers the ship, this person is very skilled in maneuvering the vessel.

[cb]Blacksmith
[c]A person who usually constructs, developed and modifies weapons, the closest things to a custom weapon is a blacksmith doing subtle things to a weapon like curving the blade or designing a hilt, for a price welding and incorporating a dial might be possible as well, usually other crews come to this person even if they don’t have one.

[cb]Navigator
[c]The navigator is equipped with compasses, maps, etc. This person can guide anyone anywhere, well, a good one that is..

[cb]Cook
[c]A person in the crew who keeps the crewmates fed, and gives them cooked food for going to venture on a island or a quest. This person can turn basic rations into a masterpiece, even being able to salvage amounts of rations from islands without purchasing them, though not a large amount.

[cb]Doctor
[c]The best person to go to when you have a boo boo. The doctor has immense knowledge on the human body and medicines to help a crew in need. This user is the best for checking out any injury.

[cb]Shipwright
[c]The person who repairs and looks after the ship, making sure everything is running smoothly ship wise. This person is good with his hands similar to a blacksmith, yet the craft of the ship, as well as discounts on ship purchases and repairs when the Shipwright uses the crew wallet.
