Rando noIM/WW Ruleset

Goal of the ruleset: To provide maximum glitch potential, without ruining the "spirit of randomizer" with very powerful glitches.

Allowed Techniques:
- Anything that isn't banned

Banned Techniques:
- Item Manipulation (RBA/GIM/BA)
- Wrong Warping
- Stale Reference Manipulation
- Platform Exclusive Glitches (e.g. using sticks as adult, using bombchus out of bounds)
