Uri's Impact - The Meeting of Osilot with Xyth and Alexander

Within this scene, marks the return of Esbern'o... Uri's vice wing and one of his closest friends since his childhood... The man survived for so long, and despite the operations conducted to try and retrieve Esbern, his friend wouldn't be harmed... Uri and the others, have done so much to monitor the well being of their friend only to have Esbern'o released upon good conduct and through an agreement made from Astrid, the real hero in this story for it was her love that saved him. Soon after, he would continue his meeting with Xyth and the King, furthering their negotiations of Osilot. Their talk was somewhat brief, pondering where the settlement would be safest, be it on the mountains of Esshar, or on the island of Los'tal if they could safely reach and conquer the other half of it due to bandits traveling there for its riches.

[07:11] Xyth says, "Oh, Uri. I was waiting for you"
[07:11] Pherete exclaims, "It looks like you made it back Esbern!"
[07:11] Esbern Antioch exclaims, "Yes, thank you!"
[07:11] Pherete asks, "Decided to release you?"
[07:12] Esbern Antioch says, "Yes, thankfully. I guess they got sick of seeing my face around the park all of the time."
[07:12] Sanna Arborea says, "Quite rude really. Make you do work and then kick you out when they're sick of you."
[07:12] Pherete says, "I see then.. well, I'm sure your wife must be happy aswell."
[07:13] Esbern Antioch says, "We're not married yet, but yes! She actually came and got me personally, believe it or not."
[07:13] Upon waking up from his slumber from days of conducting ship maintenance. Uri would have made his way through the market... Ophelia's word was all he needed to remain calm, Viorell's words, and truth behold... There he was...

"Esbern'o!" The Captain shouts in excitement, the weight on his shoulder lifted.

"I was worried sick for you! Ya damned bastard!" He ran over to his Vice Wing, in the attempts to give him a hug.

"If you'd have any idea! The operations we conducted but the frustration we faced of never reaching you!"

He smiled so hard, his cheeks damn near touched his ears, "Welcome back home! Old Friend!"

[07:13] Pherete says, "I see."
[07:13] Demios glances to the stranger who had just started talking to Ebern. Sapphire hopped off of his knee, running over to sit in the flowers.

[07:15] Esbern accepts the hug, and grins wryly at the mention of 'Esbern'o', the only people that called him that while he was in Myllenoris were Cayden and Alyssa.

"You conducted operations? I had no idea", he says cheerfully.

"Thanks. I got out on good behaviour, I guess - all that was needed in the end was for Astrid to come and collect me."

[07:15] Esbern Antioch asks, "Oh, right, Demios, this is Uri Sanctum, I think I told him about you near the start of my imprisonment?"
[07:15] Esbern Antioch says, "One of your many cousins."
[07:15] Demios Arborea says, "Oh I know Uri."
[07:15] Demios gave Uri a small wave.

[07:16] Esbern Antioch says, "Right... it's hard to keep track sometimes."
[07:18] Uri would return the wave, but, his focus would return back to Esbern'o!

"Of course we did! Nearly got killed in the process because we snooped around a bit too much! Got our noses in places they shouldn't have been, but now... You're back home and safe... There's no need for us to worry about that settlement any longer," said the young Captain.

His eyes finally would shift over to the sights of Xyth and the others, "Sorry about that, I can be a bit dramatic at times like this... He's survived for so long, without our aid, I thought it was a welcomed well deserved, upon heinous duties done at a criminal price."

[07:21] Xyth looked toward Uri, seeing him welcoming Esbern back was obvious, though he seemed to smile.

"Uri, sorry to disturb your reunion with Esbern, though the King is currently waiting on us because of the meeting you wanted between us"

[07:21] Esbern looks half-aghast at Uri's version of events. He'd been sitting in the park every day, and at night, sleeping in the Artisans' Guild... if only they'd brought Miura along, they would've been able to find him with ease.

"Sounds like you took a huge risk. I'm glad you're all safe.", he says, his voice still warm despite the shock.

"...and I appreciate the welcome back. It's good to be home again."

[07:21] Fearg glances over at Esbern, squinting curiously for a few moment. They seemed like the right person. "Would you happen to be Esbern?", he calls out.

[07:22] Esbern Antioch asks, "That's me, how can I assist?"
[07:23] Fearg Tàirneanaich says, "I've been told many times to look for you. I'm an artificer, and I was looking for someone to let me apprentice them. Though... I've developed my skills at it quite a lot since then..."
[07:24] Esbern Antioch says, "...Well, no wonder you couldn't find me, I was a prisoner for the last year and a half. How far have you come? If you're adequately skilled, you might be interested in joining the Artisans' Guild - a network of highly skilled artificers and alchemists, limited only to those who reach the peak of their craft."
[07:25] Nodding his head, the young Captain would have made his way on over to Xyth… "Well, if we must cut things short, then, I suppose a meeting wouldn't hurt... For this, is about Osilot, no?" He asked Xyth..

He gave Esbern one last hug, one shared between two men, where he would pat him at the center of his upper back multiple times. The feeling was unreal...Uri had his friend back, his Vice Wing.

"We'll catch up soon Esbern'o, but for now, Xyth and I must meet with King Alexander for some business," said the young sea Lord.

[07:26] Xyth says, "Yes its about Osilot Your the one who wanted to have the meeting but me and him dont know for what..."
[07:26] Xyth says, "Though the King should be in the Throne room."
[07:26] Esbern returns the backpats to Uri, and the nods in affirmation to him.

"Alright. I'd like to see King Alexander regarding a less important matter later myself, if I'm permitted the chance", he says to Uri, then turning to Fearg with all of his attention.

[07:26] Uri Sanctum says, "Hehe."
[07:26] Uri Sanctum says, "Just to keep things interesting as always."
[07:26] Uri Sanctum says, "You can say I'm a bit... Eccentric."
[07:26] Xyth says, "Well if you all want, I guess it will be alright if you want to come for Council "
[07:26] He nods. "Any matter is fine so long as you make the proper approach."

[07:32] Uri Sanctum says, "Lot of ...Yelling here...Xyth inside...Now.

[07:37] Marie ras Petrakis says, "I would rather not say in public - I promised Alexander I would respect the Order members."
[07:38] Uri looks to Marie.

[07:38] Uri Sanctum asks, "Everything okay?"
[07:38] Marie ras Petrakis asks, "No, but thank you Uri. Nice group you have, not up to trouble are you?"
[07:38] Uri Sanctum says, "Oh, no, just had to do a meeting with the King for a settlement we're building."
[07:38] Marie ras Petrakis says, "Congratulations."
[07:38] Uri Sanctum says, "Thanks, but this warring state is complicating things."
[07:38] Uri Sanctum says, "And also."
[07:39] Lloyd Durages says, ".. Huh. I wonder where Kalina went."
[07:39] Uri Sanctum whispers: I managed to get my marriage anulled. I don't have to worry for Vivians actions anymore.
[07:39] Marie ras Petrakis whispers: Congratulations! Best news I've heard all morning.

08:08] Sanna Arborea says, "I'm gonna go ahead and leave that metaphor alone."
[08:08] Demios laughs, before grinning smugly.

[08:09] Xyth just relaxes in his chair, only to move his tail and purr at the soft seats

[08:09] Demios Arborea says, "It wa supposed to just be a little fun... but me an Cayden tend to get a lil competitive with each other."
[08:10] Uri would smile.. He had some interesting memories within his mind, all playing out, piece by piece. He thought about the times spent with his friends, those like Marie, Romani and everyone he enjoyed his days with inside the secret meeting room of the castle. "Good memories... Good times," he said in a soft tone while seated there at the table.

"Feeling a little like a secretary of the court now," he would kick his feet up onto the table, reaching for the hour glass upon it, watching as the sands would fall from top to bottom.

"Ooo~" said the Captain.

"Interesting little gadgets, always found within the castle, and its many interesting people."

Uri would sit the hour glass down, reaching for the scrolls...

He looked back at the guard behind him. "What'cha'gonna do about it bucko?" He teased. Knowing he wouldn't move.

[08:11] Demios chuckled again.
"Ya know, the actual secretary is gonna come back an be all upset you messed with their stuff, aye?"

[08:20] Uri smirks, picking up the little round objects before him. "They'll be fine, not like I'm breaking their stuff----Oops." The glass orb fell from his hand, and the young Captain would cover his mouth in a gasp, doing so with both hands.

He looks to the guard who was visibly upset, "What can I say lads?... It's Captain Uri Los'," he so comedically announced his presence to the guards who had known him since he was at the young age of ten, always toying with the princess and princess's, stealing their toys and sneaking in through the castle windows for fun, always, outrunning the guards.

"I'll get them a new---Globe, thingy, whatever this little gadget was," Uri shrugged and stood up. Walking by to take a look at the paintings there on the wall... Each, as Marie once told him, held some history, an image for every Era made by Osrona.

"Ah, the Bastard rebellion... Funny how things come around huh?... Did any of you knew? That Theria was once Osrona?..."

He smiled. "The bastard war resulted in the making of Theria, when another son of the King at the time, were all fighting for the crown, until one decided..."

He breathes as he says with pride.

"We Are free."

[08:23] Demios's tail twitched a little as he listened to Uri, but didn't respond beyond a little huff.

[08:31] Esbern squints at Uri.

"So basically, someone decided he wanted his own piece of the pie, and declared independence? That doesn't sound like freedom for anyone besides the asshole who started the war.", he muses.

He frowns a bit. Theria's tales of freedoms never seemed anything like freedom.

"Everyone else would still be sitting right under him. I'm not a fan of revolutionary types, anyway.", he finishes before sinking back into his chair.

[08:36] Walking by and looking at the frames on the wall. Uri nods his head. "You can say that, but this was also around he time where the Witch Hunt occurred as well... So any things happened those many decades ago... The Bastard Rebellion was the start of it all, a start to a very great turn of events..."

He smiles at the royal blue floor, and looks over to Sanna, "Our families probably took place in the making of such things... And I can't say that I blame any of the bastard sons for doing what they did..."

He sighs, "It's been clear that over the many years, there have been countless upon countless battles over the crown between blood, between the Petrakis, and the ones who went to Theria liberated themselves from such a history."

Uri returns to the chair of the secretary, "And liberating one self from strife is always the first step to carving your place in the sands of time, and thus... Poetic..."

"Every settlement is good in their own right, with hero's and legends to look up to... These pieces of history, they'll be ours soon, upon the birth of Osilot," Uri was fascinated by history, learning what he could from the royals.

[08:41] Esbern focuses back on Uri. He always was a bit eccentric, so Esbern is happy to dismiss most of what he says as that, but he can't help but be curious.

"So, what type of place is your Ocilot going to be? Not another den of warmongers and mercenaries, surely?", he asks, expecting a good answer.

[08:53] Xyth looked toward Esbern, though he's chuckle to them.

"No no place for Warmonders or Mercenaries. Just a place to cope and relax amongst fellow people alike. Similar to Beastkin and Humans alike. Though I will say that it will not be a place to be a pawn in war or start one. At least that's what I hope.

I want to ensure that the city I make is on good terms with everyone, even Myllenoris. Though with the war coming up, I can't say for sure what will happen, but I know for a fact that people will need a new home, whether Osrona wins or loses."

[08:55] Esbern nods at Xyth, a warmer smile given.

"Sounds like a place worth living in. Too many of the settlements seem to focus on their preferred method of murder and crime, rather than actually providing homes and opportunity for people."

[08:59] Xyth returned the nod.

"Well yes, though the way the city is to be function will be told to you and everyone alike when we speak with Alexander. Im sure he has questions on the settlement"

[08:59] Demios Arborea asks, "Where is it planned to be built though?"
[09:00] Demios sighs, leaning his head back against the wall.

[09:00] Xyth says, "I planned it to be on the western swamps near the ocean. Though later I managed to find out about Uri's plan for building a ship. I offered him to stay in the city too and get his boat there for easier travel."
[09:01] Demios Arborea says, "Oh."
[09:01] Xyth says, "Since the canal near Osrona can be closed off and ventures too big of a choke point"
[09:01] Demios Arborea says, "That's Therian territory though..."
[09:01] Uri Sanctum says, "That's actually neutral grounds."
[09:02] Demios shrugs.

[09:02] Esbern Antioch says, "Therian territory, heh."
[09:03] Demios Arborea says, "Ok, let me rephrase."
[09:03] Demios Arborea says, "Sythaeryn considers that therian territory."
[09:03] Sanna Arborea says, "From my understanding, Sythaeryn considers Esshar in its entirety Therian territory."
[09:04] Esbern Antioch says, "Sythaeryn doesn't even consider himself Therian anymore, does he? He's moved his dragon to Myllenoris, and plans on having a temple built there."
[09:04] Demios chuckles.

[09:04] Uri raises a brow to the name of the person that killed his twin sister Faira... But, Uri forgot of it all for he had his revenge.

[09:07] Esbern gets off his seat, and kneels before Alexander.

"Your highness, I am Esbern Antioch, and I run the local Artisans' Guild.", he says as his head rises, reminding the King of his identity due, assuming that the King may be too busy to remember someone as trivial as Esbern.

"Having run the guild for years now, and honed my craft to its perfection, I had hoped to receive your permission to use the non-noble title of "Tyr" in my name, as fitting for a master artisan such as myself."

[09:11] Alexandr rei Petrakis shakes his head when Esbern kneels.

"Esbern. Stand. The title of Tyr is granted, and I apologize that it took so long for us to free you," the King of Esshar says, blue eyes on the master artisan.

"Are you well?" he asks.

[09:12] Uri Sanctum says, "Hm... Should ask about my own title as well later, once the meeting ends."

[09:15] Esbern stands, and smiles cheerfully at the king, though he still does his best to be respectful.

"I am, the conditions of the imprisonment were agreeable, and I believe my opportunity to be freed was largely in part due to my lack of escape attempts or any other trouble-making, though I am hugely grateful to my fiancee, Astrid, for coming to fetch me.", he responds promptly, feeling somewhat elated that the king himself cares about his return.

"I'm afraid I'm not able to bring much useful news, except perhaps that leaders from Theria and Ilburg seem to arrive in Myllenoris for meetings on a near monthly basis.", he says with an apologetic look.

[09:17] Alexander rei Petrakis whispers something.
[09:19] The Petrakis King nods. Ophelia had told him the terms she had organised and all.

"That is fine. Get some rest, and stay within our walls for now. I will find a way to end this war," he says, stern but with a tired expression.

"We can talk more later, perhaps at your wedding," he says. A small smile and then the Petrakis lets out a low breath.

"You are free to leave, I will have to excuse myself," and then Alexander moves over to Uri.

"Greetings."

[09:22] Uri was there in the chair, now standing up as the young Captain of the crew all there before him. "My liege, Captain Uri Los' Sanctum, and Xyth, in presence of Osilot and the meeting as spoken of the night before..."

He looks to Xyth, he was the settlement leader to be after all. Uri was a member of the council, but, the final say was with the man with the plan, he who started it all. Xyth.

"My friend?" Uri waits for Xyth's arrival to make his voice heard for those who will be within Osilot.

[09:26] Xyth smiled toward Uri and the King, though he made sure to dress nicely, sporting a black suit with a white shirt and proper attire, though he wasn't nearly as fancy as the King or any Noble.

"Xyth, here on the behalf of the future settlement. My King, I hope you don't mind that Demios and his sister, Sanna come to be observants to the meeting. I want to ensure we all understand one another so there is no room for error in accordance."

[09:26] Alexander rei Petrakis says, "No, that is fine."
[09:27] Alexander rei Petrakis says, "I will make this short. The current location for the settlement is difficult because we let the Lionhearts settle there, so they would no longer attack Osrona."
[09:30] Uri would've followed them into the throne room... As usual, he would give the proper greetings to the guards within the room... Now, wearing his Captains robes, he would take a seat on the carpet, as he does with any formal meeting...

Being seated in the indian sitting position was a formality of respect upon the sea and so, he brought those cultures here to the castle. "I see, and due to the conflict of interest, this might be a hazard for those living in Osilot if it is to be built there... This was a concern of mine, which was why, I asked, of the possibilities of settling on a nearby island of sorts... After all, Ilburge itself has an island on its coast, surely there is a place..."

From his back, he revealed a scroll, a map he held out.

"That is if, we cannot or would not be able to create Osilot upon Essharian soil," said Uri, thinking as he looked directly at the map he laid out on the floor.

Now, he waits for Xyth and his answers for this.

[09:37] At first Xyth didn't understand what the King meant that he allowed Lionhearts the place, but knowing a little about Alabaste he remembered that it was just south of the Osronan bridge and likely will attack them if they were to go out that far, though luckily for Xyth he had other areas in mind for that.

"If Osrona gave the Lionhearts the land of the swamps, there are a few other places that I could use for the city, though they aren't in Osrona's range."

Xyth looked toward the map, pointing out a few locations on the map to show where he could build the city. Though one was best for the simple fact that Uri had a ship.

"I can see three possibilities. The mountains to the East, the Jungle to the south, or the Island of Los'Tal, one that Uri himself found during his travels."

[09:38] Alexander rei Petrakis asks, "Any of those would be good. Now comes the question, do you plan to be a vassalship under Osrona?"
[09:43] For this moment... Uri would look to Xyth at the mention of Los'tal… He smiled for this as he would even add on to the reply.

"Xyth?" He waits for the answer of what he wanted to do, with the terms of Vassalship, for it was needed due to the circumstances of war, even if they wanted to be a neutral place.

"Los'tal, the island is far, but because I've already conquered part of it, we can very well one day take all of it... But it'll require heavy fire power..."

He turns to Xyth again.

"Your answer, my friend?"

[09:49] Xyth looked toward Alex, though he heard this talk many many times and all came with the same answer, though he wanted to ask something in regards to it.

"If possible I'd like to put the city of Osilot on the Mountains, or in the Jungle section if possible. Because the Los'Tal Island isn't completely conquered yet, then it will be hard to ensure safety of the people. Though I want to ask, King Alexander Petrakis, what would you do with the city if it 'were' a Vassal state?

You know that I want to have peace with every nation there is out there, not just Osrona. Though as it stands, they themselves have formed an Alliance to simply remove you from power and more. I cant be esured that once the city is made, that Theria will see it as something else and come after me first before attempting you once more.

I wish to know what you might do with it because no settlement who wishes for peace should have a false leader just to be brought back into war."

[09:51] Alexander rei Petrakis says, "I want peace as well. But I would do nothing with the city. If it was attacked, I would defend it. And if we were attacked, you would help defend us.. which is where a problem lies."

[09:53] Alexander rei Petrakis says, "Uri, I will also have to ask a favour. And request your help in the upcoming battles. We are doing all we can to stop Theria from helping Myllenoris but there is no guarantee."
[09:55] Alexander rei Petrakis says, "I will not let Osrona fall but it will need each of my people's help."
[09:55] Xyth says, "My King, I would say that that wouldn't be that of a Vassal state but more of asking for help in general. I will say this. If you let the city be made. I can get you help 'only' on Defending Osrona. I can't help if you go to attack people. That is something I can offer. That and Shelter for anyone that doesn't wish to live here in fear."
[09:56] Alexander rei Petrakis says, "Of course. Help in defending."
[09:57] Alexander rei Petrakis says, "I would not expect you to take up arms."
[10:00] Stil there, sitting within the indian styled position. He would nod his head, though, Uri might have to fight under a disguise of sorts. He wanted to protect those innocents from Asta…

"I've read her threats, and I plan to defend those who are innocent... Children, are not cargo mate... Nor will I let them be sacrificed to these spirits that Asta praises..."

He looks to Xyth, "Still, I am being neutral, only fighting to defend the children who might be subjected to war, and its cruelties, as we were at the age of ten," said the young pirate lord.
