- >Six of Swords (Science), reversed: Being stuck in a problem which has no apparent solution.
- >Location: New York City
- >Identity: Drop-In
- >Know How To Leave A Room (900)
- Another must-have for jumper diplomacy.
- >The Hobo Code (Free, Drop-In)
- Well, having a little more respect from the fringes of society would help, I suppose.
- >Change Of Identity (700, Drop-In)
- Have you ever wanted to be someone else? I mean DURING a jump, obviously.
- >Plane Ticket (500)
- Hey, having a ticket that will let me legitimately get a ride on anything anytime can prove handy.
- >Department Store (200)
- CruxCo, a wholly owned subsidiary of CruxCorp.
- >Companions (0)
- The more the merrier.
- So rather than simply being an employee of Sterling Cooper, I am instead a client - and not just any client, but the CEO of CruxCorp. I was rather pleased at the work they did with CruxCo, though, and it led to a pretty major expansion of the retail chain, so I made sure they got plenty of business from the other companies under the CruxCorp banner.
- Really, though... the sixties were a very turbulent time in many ways. If you could go back in time - if you knew what was to happen, and you could change it, what would you do?
- Would you try to smooth over the civil rights movement and speed acceptance by commissioning some unorthodox yet effective advertisements, and speed up the passage of the Civil Rights Act before 1964?
- Would you meddle with things to keep a lunatic from killing JFK, and give him a chance to normalize relations with China a decade before Nixon?
- Would you tweak probability, somehow make the Bay of Pigs invasion a success, and shift global geopolitics?
- Would you use your company to push the boundaries of science and progress, to advance technology forward a hundred years while skipping the horrid growing pains that lead to rampant pollution and climate change?
- Would you do all this, and find the time to get Don Draper off the bottle?
- I certainly did my damnedest.
