This is an illusion created by the personality called "Fuyukawa Kokoro." This case is rather strange, though.

Usually, in cases of DID, the existence of the other personalities is unknown to the main personality.

内海「だけど、まれに他の人格の存在に気づくことがある」%K%P
However, in rare cases, one personality will notice the presence of the other existences.

In such a case, the %TS015alternate personality%TE refuses to accept the %TS015dominant personality%TE and tries to kill it, inflicting severe wounds on the body.

内海「優希堂くんの中に生まれた冬川こころという人格も、自分が副人格と認めたくなかった」%K%P
The personality called Fuyukawa Kokoro that was born inside of Yukidoh-kun couldn't accept that it was an alternate personality.

内海「自分にも主人格となり得る身体があると主張するため、人格交換という幻想を作り出したのね」%K%P
She dreamed up the illusion of that personality exchange, claiming that she is the dominant personality and has a body.

こころ「違います！　私はちゃんと存在するんです！　朱倉岳の山の中に！」%K%P
It's wrong! I really exist! I'm at Mount Akakura!

内海「優希堂くんが作り出した『冬川こころ』の人格は、墜落事故で亡くなった冬川こころさんを元に作られたもののようだから」%K%P
Because that personality, "Fuyukawa Kokoro," was made by Yukidoh-kun to reproduce the Fuyukawa Kokoro-san who died in the plane crash.

内海「朱倉岳に、自分の身体があると主張するのもムリはないわ」%K%P
