So first of all, your terrain is really nice. You have some good shapes, some different variation in layers and density. I also like that you haven't spammed it with bonemeal, it gives it a more natural feel.

Your structure however needs a lot of improvement. It's too basic, has no detail and depth, has no personality whatsoever. Have a little fly around spawn and check out some of those plots - they're good representations of the quality we expect, not necessarily at Spark level, but still, we like to see builds like that! :)

Lastly, organics are lovely on a plot. A couple custom trees or flowers here or there is perfect :3
