  1. Hey Jason,
  2.
  3. Real quick, Ole, who was originally running the WAVY SubmitHub, gave up on it. Which is why, Jeremy assigned me to it. The rest of the channels should be strictly under his name. Please verify with him if you think this is false.
  4.
  5. I also didn’t know we had to specify who we’re cashing out to. If that was an issue, I would of told Jeremy to cashout to his PayPal email instead.
  6.
  7. I don’t think it matters if we’re uploading daily or not. If we approve content, it will be promoted regardless. Just because we don’t upload as frequently as you want us to upload it doesn’t mean we’re going to stop searching for content to promote. And like I mentioned in the first email, we started working again with SubmitHub after not using the platform for 6 months. It’s only been 2 weeks and we already got all of our blogs deactivated? That’s quite harsh don’t you think? We’re indeed looking for content to promote. Paranova, during the time that we did have submissions, also had a radio. We were mass gathering songs to add and make our own catalog of artists even if some of them were denied. Denying a track shouldn’t be the only result for instantly removing 4 active channels. They are active in their own way to feed into YouTubes algorithm which seems to work perfect for us. Uploading daily is proven to kill most music channels. We operate in a way that we can still get our views without sacrificing our ranking. Even if we stopped uploading completely on FHR, the streams alone generate over 60,000 daily views. If you don’t believe me, check our SocialBlade. Same thing applies to Urbano and also WAVY which has a live radio. If I had any idea, that we were supposed to meet “uploading quotas” then I would of never have written these emails. Your requirement was to have an active channel, which basically means active in views aka traffic, and a minimum of 10k subscribers. Which we passed by huge amounts.
  8.
  9. Also forgot to mention. The most crucial part that this platform is lacking, specially for us, is that it does not display if a song has active Content ID or not. When we were actively using SubmitHub, primarily with Future House Radio, 3/10 of our declined submissions, we heavily wanted to upload but we simply couldn’t because we had no idea if the song contained Content ID or not which we don’t accept on Future House Radio, Urbano, Paranova(Partially), or WAVY. Our main source of revenue from these channels is being able to upload content that is both enjoyable and Content ID free. It’s also part of the reason why some of these songs we approved we couldn’t even upload ourselves. As soon as we uploaded them to YT, they were instantly picked up by Content ID. If you don’t understand how Content ID works, basically, if we upload a mix, and 1 song out of the 10 songs on that mix has active Content ID, we automatically lose 100% of the revenue and it goes to the 1 person who has the active content ID. That means we lose all of our revenue due to 1 person having Content ID. How exactly do you expect us to cope with this without having to email every single person we would of approved but had to decline, asking them if their track contains Content ID or not? This is the problem Jason. You’re assuming that we declined tracks because we want to. We decline tracks because we don’t have the necessary tools to check if they are eligible for our platforms. At 50 cents per submission, it would be a greater revenue loss for us to upload songs that are copyrighted.
  10.
  11. To finalize this, we actually care about what is being submitted to us. We actually review everything that is submitted to us, and even if we declined, and we liked the track, we emailed them asking for further approval through our own email. We have a collective of channels who all operate in their unique ways. I mean, look at our numbers. We’re clearly doing something right here. If one song we liked is declined on FHR, we could send it to Paranova. If a spanish song is sent to Paranova and we like it, we send it to Urbano. Same thing applies to WAVY. It is a collective of channels ran by the same person under the same brand. Don’t be discouraged just because we’re declining songs. We’ve supported this platform for a very long time and have been watching it grow since it’s early days. It would be heartbreaking to have our blogs removed in a day based on things we weren’t told.
  12.
  13. If you make a way to tell that we added the songs to our livestreams, trust me, the approval rating for both WAVY and FHR would of been beyond 10% which seems to be higher than most blogs on SubHub.
  14.
  15. Let me know what you think Jason.
  16.
  17. Regards,
  18. Halla
