  1. ---CAMPAIGN: RAISING A REBELLION, Pt8---
  2.
  3. GENERAL BACKSTORY:
  4. Players are now mostly a guerrilla force, having been started and aided by US special forces. Their aim - overthrowing the local government forces for decades of tyranny. The better each mission goes and across the length of the campaign, the better guerrilla forces will grow in strength and numbers to be able to better take on the enemy military head on.
  5. The arrival of IDAP has brought the conflict here under worldwide scrutiny. This means the American advisers have pulled back away from open combat.
  6. Ask at briefing in game, and an example of a current guerrilla squad can be placed for visual reference. They will be restricted based on how well the campaign is going. Starting as civilians with guns and upgrading slowly.
  7.
  8. REOCURRING MARKERS KEY:
  9. Pink large !'s - No go zones. Suicide to approach.
  10. Red small !'s - Likely Checkpoints.
  11. Blue squares - Previously visited locations.
  12.
  13. LAST TIME:
  14. - Civilian Evacuation: Ruhanpera successfully defended from enemy government forces, and IDAP arrived to assist. ->Success
  15. The arrival of IDAP has brought the conflict here to the world stage. The tyrannical actions of the Government and your assistance to the local population means you are generally the favoured side, let's keep it that way.
  16. - Sabotage Communications: Tower destroyed, but some QRF was able to be called. ->Success
  17. - The Siege of Latvamuilu: The attack was bloody but successful. Many lives lost on both sides, including ultimately the tyrannical captain. This was a big blow to the Government forces and teaches them we are a real threat. ->Success
  18.
  19.
  20. ASSETS:
  21. 1x Mi-8AMT
  22.
  23.
  24. OBJECTIVES:
  25. - American Armaments: Now we are on the larger stage, American forces have seen fit to pull out and send us equipment instead. Retrieve this latest cache from Mäkelä and await a new one to be delivered to the nearby fields.
  26. - Ruha Flush: The town of Ruha has been a danger zone for too long. Your plan of attack involves creating pressure from the North West, and creating "checkpoints" for those who will try to flee, as the town is fairly out of the way for Government forces now. Be sure to allow evacuating civilians through.
  27.
  28.
  29.
  30.
  31.
  32. RESTRICTIONS:
  33. Local Guerrilla Resistance. Now in their final form (ChDKZ), uniformed in Napa variants. Faces often covered. Fairly well armed by this point. Body armour available, weaponry now mostly consists of old AKs and cheap Eastern-bloc military stuff, with some civilian grade weapons still present. Only Russian scopes available.
  34.
  35. - No BFT.
  36. - Ammo limits: 8+1 for rifles, 800 rnds autos. Secondaries 2+1. UGLs 5+1 HE max.
  37. - Despite Blufor template you are essentially OP/Indfor - AKs, RPGs etc are your go to.
  38. - Looting allowed and encouraged (of everything bar tagged vehicles. These you can drive but not gun).
  39. - When receiving your new equipment supply, only take weapons within the rules and your current role (this includes AT) from the box, as they are un-editable in Zeus.
