- ----------------------------------Tetsuda-------------------------------
- *Tetsuda means to help in Japanese, something I don't think many people on this hotel will
- be aware of. As a Tetsuda member, you are NOT to ever acknowledge this groups exhistance
- unless in a meeting in the hideout, which will be in the leaders room (Clone for now). Our
- number one goal is to not be noticed by any member of the staff team, this is a secret group
- that lies within the Habbos ranks. In result in being apart of this group, your will to keep
- the secrecy is a way to show me how serious you are. This is basically your first step to
- becoming a staff member at Habbo.gg. Many rules follow being a Tetsuda member.
- RULES:
- 1. Never acknowledge the true meaning of your badge
- 2. Never lie to a fellow Habbo (Staff, Habbo, anyone)
- 3. Never put another Habbo in danger of being banned
- 4. Always reach your hand out to help other Habbos
- 5. Always be nice to other Habbos, don't try to force help upon people.
- 6. Always be there for one another.
- The first and second rule may work against eachother, but you must find a way to go by
- those rules at all costs. If you come upon a Staff member who asks what your badge is from
- you tell them that Blair gave it to you, (UNDER SECRECY). Use whispers ONLY to identify that
- I gave you the badge (PLEASE NOTE, YOU ONLY TELL THEM THAT IF A STAFF MEMBER ASKS, NOBODY ELSE).
- If you see another Habbo with a badge, please don't discuss it in the room, whispers, anywhere
- BESIDES the hideout. There will be 10 Habbos in total who have the badge, always. If one member
- falls we will find another.
- Responsibilities
- * Create a safe environment
- * Devise and implement the safety education by:
- o Helping other Habbos and being friendly all the time
- o Be nice, do random acts of kindness. Don't draw attention to your badge.
- * Moderation (Do not threaten a ban, or anything of that matter on contact. Any deep issues
- that need to be further looked into will be proceeded with Tetsudas current leader).
- * Act as first point of contact for out-of-service issues
- * Work with Tetsuda members when needed.
- Skills you will learn while in Tetsuda
- * Computer and Internet literate
- * Excellent communication skills
- * Team player
- * Ability to work with teens
- * Diplomacy and patience
- * Good grasp of English
- * Supervisory experience
- * Online community management experience
- Tetsuda will NEVER be given special rights from staff memebers. As I've said before, this will
- test your will to become an official staff member. You are NEVER to go against the rules, if seeing
- doing so will result in immediate debadging.
- I can't push this hard enough that this group is pure secrecy. You are able to wear your badge, but
- never to identify our true meanings; which is to help everyone on this hotel. The staff here are
- slackers, with Tetsuda I hope to have a group that LOVES to help people. When I said you will get
- no special rights, there will be group events, and so on that you can win items from. There will be
- plenty of more information soon to come, please stay in contact with me at all times
- for the new information. ONCE YOU BECOME A STAFF MEMBER YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE EYE MARK BADGE WHICH
- SIGNIFIES YOU WERE ONCE A TETSUDA MEMBER, BUT YOUR TETSUDA BADGE WILL BE TAKEN. This is the only way
- to obtain the ex-t badge.
- TOS:
- If you are debadged, and acknowledge anything about the organization, you are accepting full punishments
- that follow from the hotel (Permenant character ban). If at anytime information is leaked about the
- group, EVEN TO STAFF, you are accepting to take full punishment, whether it be a ban, or a warning.
- *If you accept to be in Tetsuda, please now get back to be via client, or MSN with "I ACCEPT". By
- telling me this, you are saying you agree to the TOS (above) and taking on your rights as a Tetsuda
- member.
- My plan is to be a badass group who is unofficially acknowledged by the community.. We will create
- a reputation for yourselves. I dont want people to know our meaning.. But think about this, if a
- Habbo sees Two people with the badge helping around together, it will draw interest to the group,
- which is good.. Am I making sense? .. Do not come out and tell anyone who we are, people will get
- ahold of what our badge signifies sooner or later.. Tetsuda!
