The "issues" of my last ticket was changed to "Permanent Ban". This was not however the subject of my ticket.
As stated there, as an EU citizen I am entitled to all of the personal data you have stored about me. This is stated in Article 12(1) which you can read here https://gdpr-info.eu/art-12-gdpr/ and in Article 13(2)(b) https://gdpr-info.eu/art-13-gdpr/.
