Krigo: This story is completely false, Fleet gave permission for Miles to use his work on SDeckNET, and I am second in command at the new SD which is still in work, Cy-Fox has not even joined and there is no note of his staff positions anywhere at all.

Be advised that the following person has been marked as a Security Risk after an evaluation of unsatisfactory activity as a staff member formerly under my employment.

David Mackay also known as Miles111 and RevivalDBM was formerly Programming Director at Cyberdyne Systems Mobius, until it had come to light of inappropriate activities at another site I assist in administration at a place called Sonic Deck. Mackay was causing fights, abusing moderator priviledges for personal gain (editing posts deemed unfavorable to him) and was voted out of the staff of Sonic Deck by a majority vote. After his removal, he erased Sonic Deck's entire site from its FTP server. He then went to establish SDeckNET and used Sonic Deck property (graphics, skins, etc.) without the owner, Samuel "Fleet" Thomas' " sky-fleet@hotmail.com " permission. Multiple attempts to peacefully request the removal of the content had went by and he continued to antagonize with different violations. He then went as far as to insinuate the possibility of using his 'authority' at a site he recently has been installed as a staff member, Sonic Cage Dome, as a counter to legally sanctioned disciplinary actions.

It is my reccomendation that until Mackay is not determined to no longer be a threat, that you all take the following precautions: -Deny David Mackay any type of administrative position. -Deny affiliation or advertisement of his site, SDeckNET -Pass this advisory to any other administrator that you believe should be privy to this advisory.
