potential reboot ideas (characters)

=Audrey=

Mostly the same, but with a small background change. Instead of just converging into Silent Hill, she simultaneously converged in Silent Hill and Baten Kaitos, her body remaining in the former while her spirit joins with Kalas in the latter. Might possibly have amnesia as a result of the spell that was put on her, but probably won't go with it. Also considering that she may have converged before when the RP will be set, if we go with starting around '2.9', though not too far back (thinking of around 3D).

=Ignis=

Keeping him to what I initially envisioned as a manifestation, rather than a god all along. Though he will develop a god complex later down the line, it's more out of desperation of being anything other than a simple 'nightmare' and using Audrey's powers to cheat the system. Also taking out the whole 'corrupting people into monsters' spiel since I didn't do much with that, and illusions and black fire are threatening enough.

=Cheryl=

Considering making her connection to Alessa more subtle, along the lines of learning to use the same powers as she did, rather than letting her be a second personality. Speaking of Alessa, likely going to remove the connection to Ignis in order to keep the focus on him being Audrey's manifestation, though he would target her for different reasons (using the Otherworld to power himself up, rather than her being his 'mom'.)

=Kalas=

As stated above, won't undergo a corruption, since barely anything was done with that subplot; still sticking to the whole guilt-tripping on his betrayal, however. Might find a different reason for corvid-like abilities, though not sure on it (other than Convergence weirdness). Also might forgo bringing back the Angel of Darkness, since again, didn't do much with that; the most would probably be a nightmare fight.

=Xelha=

Keeping the idea of her water powers being connected to the Ocean, but with a less complicated reasoning (it's simply leftover from her revival instead of something set up by her ancestors). Giving her the ability to summon the Ice Goddess later down the line, in a manner similar to Weiss' summoning Semblance. Also thinking of redoing the arc with her father a little, though no ideas on how.

=Kairi=

ACTUALLY MAKING HER DO STUFF FOR ONE. Possibly adjusting her moveset to what could be seen in her small spiel as a party member. Also may have Namine come up a couple of times before her actual return in a replica body. Thinking of a plot arc post-KH3 where she goes to bring Sora back (unless Nomura decides to fuck that one up for us later down the line; secret movie doesn't count).

=Akemi=

Changing her name to Jing Huli, as well as making her a fox spirit posing as a human rather than possessing a dead one, due to Convergence weirdness breaking the rules. Might focus more on chi-type powers and making her hypnosis more trance-based than typical mind control. Also considering actually making her a prostitute while passing as a human and being sexually open with anyone, but otherwise won't cross a limit when it comes to couples.
