The Wonders of Halloween

Chapter 1: Shopping.
It was October the 9th, only 22 days before Halloween night, John went shopping with his mom to get Halloween decorations for the house. They bought candy to give out and orange pumpkin-themed lights. They also bought ghosts and monsters decorations to make the porch look very nice. Once they finished shopping, they went out to buy Halloween costumes. They bought a Frankenstein monster costume. John and his mom Cali went back home. His Mom went to work on her computer, and her son John, went to his room to play video games with his friends.


Chapter 2: News Paper
	Last night in the newspaper, Cali heard that people were missing every Halloween about 9 people were missing last Halloween. Police said they do not know what's causing this issue. After Cali finished reading the newspaper she went back to John to tell him about what happened.

“John?” asked Cali.

“Yes?” Asked John.

“ I read in the newspaper that every year on Halloween people keeps going missing.” Cali Said

“Due to that, I’m not letting you go to Halloween, sorry.” Cali also said.

“ DANG IT! (as John said while he slammed the door.)” John said while he slammed the door.

Chapter 3: Monday
 John woke up and got ready for school, he dressed as normally as he would every day. He then got to school when his mom drove him there. He arrived early so, he can hang out for a bit outside.	He wanted to tell his friends the sad news but he couldn’t because they were all late. The bell then rang, and he went to his first bell, which was math, he hated that bell. He then kept whispering to his friend William about what happened.

(John) Hey, William psst. (as John whispered to William)

(William) Yea? (William Whispered Back)

(John) I need to tell you something important!

(William) What is it?

(John) I can’t go trick or treating this year.

(William) WHAT? (as William screamed)



They were also doing a quiz. The math teacher caught them, and gave them a zero, on their quizzes.

It was now their second bell which was lunch, John gathered up with his friends in the yellow large table. They all went to get lunch, the lunch of the day was chicken nuggets, which was John’s favorite food!

John, William, and Justin got their food and went back to their table. Once they headed back, they begin to talk. John, also told Justin why he can’t go to Halloween this year.

(John) Ok, so I can’t go to Halloween this year.
(Justin & William) Why?

(John) My Mom said, that people keep going missing lately, and she wants to keep me safe so I’m not going.

Then they kept talking until the bell rang. They all finished there bells and headed home. John’s Mom was at work, so he went walking. When he was walking home, he also kept recognizing this weird place that no one went to ever. It was a dark neighborhood that has no people living in it.

Chapter 4: The dark alley.

He always wanted to visit this place but was too afraid to step a foot into it. The place goes back to 1934 where it was struck by missiles by the germans in world war 2, about 200 people died in it, some say that they still haunt this place, looking to trick any restless souls. John’s friend Justin said that there working on a Halloween party there.


Chapter 5: 2 days until Halloween.

It was a Tuesday morning and Halloween is in 2 days. John got a text message from his friend, who told him a plan to go to Halloween. John’s Mom had an appointment for 7 PM until 1 AM on Thursday. The plan that John’s friend sent him was to sneak out of his house to go to Halloween.


Chapter 6: Today is Halloween

John was very excited today, but he didn’t want to show his excitement because that would make his mom very curious. It was 6:30 PM and John’s mom went to her appointment after she went, John waited some time to make sure, she is gone. Then he put on his costume and went trick or treating! John gathered up with his friends and went. It has been about 15 minutes and they all have about 30 candies, and they were walking on this street, which had the dark alley in it. William thought it was funny to go to it. John remembered that Justin said there’s a party here, so he agreed. Once they were walking into it. They saw signs that say kEeP oUt, and they thought it was cool decorations because they were very old. Once they were in the middle, they found nothing. They went back to there street, but as they were walking. They didn’t look down, but once they did, they fell into a dark sewer, they all woke up with bruises and blood on there face and body. They all then screamed for help. But no one came. They started to look around for an exit. They then found a ladder that leads to an underground room. There was a big metal door. They then opened the door and got teleported to another dimension, an unknown one.

Chapter 7: a whole new world.

They woke up in the same room, but then opened the metal door again, and saw a lot of new creatures, they didn’t want to go out because they were very scared too. They waited for the creatures to go away, then went out. They were also very hungry so they ate their candy but before they got out their pumpkin bag a flying creature came out, and they had no other choice but to drop there candy, the creature took their food, and ran away. Once they ran away, it started to rain. So they took shelter in a nearby tree. They fell asleep again. They woke up to being dragged by people with an unknown mask. John tried to wake up the others. They woke up and started screaming. They screamed “STOP”, they stopped. But they didn’t stop because of them saying that. They stopped because they arrived at their leader’s base.

“We have brought you another human,” Said one of the unknown people.

“Good,” Said their leader.

John then said, wait are you guys a human too?  The unknowns then explained their story.

“It was Halloween of 1982. 5 groups of friends were trick or treating. They then once stumbled upon a dark alley. They then went into it, and without any knowledge of the place, they fell into the sewer. They then stumbled upon a metal door and opened the door. They then went to another world.”

Justin and John, and William said that that's the same thing that happened to them.

The Glossy Item

They then talked and then ate. The unknowns gave them a room to sleep in. The next day, they explained how to get out of this world. There was a glossy item in the dungeon where a dragon holds it and guards it.
They then gave them tools and then a task to go and kill the dragon and get the glossy item to restore it and this whole world will be restored and the date will restore to October 29th. But the person who dies will never make it to the real world.

The next day, the group of friends went to defeat the dragon and restore the world. They traveled for about 5 days, and 2 hours. It was a tough task, but they got to the place. It was a big palace place with no guards in it. There was no way to get in the door, so they created a rope to get in the top of the palace. They used leaves from the trees too. Once they were halfway on the rope, the realized that wind was starting to come in, so they started to run faster, they all made it in, but the rope got blown away by the strong wind.

They then explored the place, it was an abandoned palace with nothing in it, just walls. The unknowns said the dragon lives below the palace. So John, Justin, and William went down, they then found a basement door, which they went in. Once they kept walking they found skulls and dead bodies of other warriors who tried to return to the real world, they were very scared. There was a door, once they opened it. There was a giant 800-pound dragon, sitting there, waiting for his next victims. They then tried to walk slowly to get the glossy item, but Wiliam stepped on a wooden stick and it broke, the dragon woke up. He blew fire on them. But they all ran. But the dragon closed the door and hid in front of it. John ran for the glossy item, he took it and put it on his sword, creating a powerful platinum sword. He then went to the dragon and they fought the dragon then ate John, but then the dragon died, since he also ate the platinum sword. Then he spits it out. They all were so sad since their friend died. They then got the glossy item, and used it and then returned to the real world.


Chapter 8: The real world

After that tragic incident, they used the glossy item, they went this weird void thing to return, once they returned, they woke up in a place where people were partying, and they asked someone what year is it? And they said 1934 October 29. Oh no,  said Justin. This is the year where this place got nuked. After they said that. Sirens went out, and the place was destroyed.
