Like, in fact, this Dragon looks kinda cool, but I don't find it as good as Mei's Water Dragon. So if we could change its appearance, that'd be good. (Like at the middle of my body) | This sphere would grow a little, then once it actually became a little big, it will send three Lightning Beast (screen below) going into the direction I look at, one Lightning Beast every one or two seconds, also, I can manipulate them as well.[/color][/b]

Last thing, it should alert players that Kakashi activated his Mangekyo Sharingan, like when Leo activates his EMS or when someone uses the Rinnegan etc.[/color][/b]

I'd like it to look like how it is on that one picture. Also, before the Jutsu works, as the normal Raikiri, I'll have to wait a few seconds, to be exact 2 Seconds. I won't be able to move within those two seconds (high slowness.)[/color][/b]
