After a long hiatus, welcome back to Total Drama Discord! This game is designed to be more of a "back to basics" format to get us reacclimated to the epic highs and lows of Discord games that aren't mini rates.

GROUND RULES:
1. Deadlines for challenges & eliminations will generally be 24 hours unless I feel they need more time. I'm willing to be flexible if multiple people are having difficulty completing the challenge but I will not stop the game for one person.
2. Temporary inactivity is permitted although discouraged, nobody will be automatically eliminated or anything for inactivity but if you completely ghost me there will be social consequences of harassment and you'll probably be voted out.
3. Don't actually be mean to people but I encourage drama in an exaggerated reality TV way because it makes the game more fun.
4. Some challenges will be "live" in the sense that they will take forever if people aren't online making moves at a designated time, so please try to be available for those.

FORMAT:
1. This game will mostly mirror the game of Survivor although it is themed towards Legends of the Hidden Temple.
2. At the beginning of the game, everyone will be randomly divided into a certain number of teams (depending on how many people sign up).
3. In each round of this stage, teams will play in challenges together to compete for immunity.
4. The team(s) without immunity after the challenge will vote within their teams to eliminate one player.
5. After a certain number of people are eliminated, the teams will merge into smaller teams, and eventually into one team.
6. Once the teams are merged into a single entity, challenges will be played on an individual basis, with everyone voting in each elimination even if they win immunity.
7. Once two players are left, a jury of eliminated players will vote for who they think should win the game.
8. This format is subject to be adjusted from round to round to account for twists, but don't expect radical revisions each round.
