Hello I recently placed an order for 7 iphone 11 pros and some other items

Im having some problems with all of my phones including the rest of my items, you see 3 of my phones are completley dead. The other 2 started for litterly one second and then died, All my phones have fingerprints on them as well as different tape on the screens on the screen for some reason which leads me to bealive ive been sold old devices that have been previously sold by your website and returned. None of my phones are working AT ALL and my last phone has a weird glitch, it keeps telling me to connect it to ITUNES on start up but when i do that it just dies.

My processor is not recognized by my computer or my friends and the graphic card that i ordered is not showing up, it's not even loading in BIOS. Both of them also have fingerprints and I bealive ive been sold items that have previously been sold to other consumers, I have tried everything including changing computers for these and changing sockets for Iphones and nothing seems to work, I am very unsatisifed with the service given and aswell as the phone support that litterly placed me on hold for 45 minutes and did not seme to even bother to care about my issue.
