Mental Hospital Shit

Tsaaq: Hayley slouched on the floor of the game room, staring at the white wall with her hands in her lap. She when to lean her head on the wall behind her, looking out at the window into the hallway periodically.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam walked through the front doors of the familiar building, a card and an envelope in one hand and his phone in the other. Stopping at the front desk, he smiled at the receptionist, resting his arm on the surface in front of him. "Hey. How is Hayley today?"-
Tsaaq: She inhaled deeply flopping onto her side on the floor and sort of staying there while humming. // "Hello." The receptionist looked up and gave him a slight shrug and a smile. "Fine, but she still needs to get used to being here I think." She answered. "Her brother and two other young ladies were here yesterday asking about the medications they had her on." She explained. "Would you like me to call her down?"
Alexithymiaa: -He shook his head as he eased off the edge of the counter. "That's alright. I know where her room is. I'll find her. Thank you." He nodded his head to the receptionist who was probably tired of seeing him and Remy and Cadence and shit, stepping away and turning to walk up the stairs. He made his way to Hayley's room, poking his head inside to see the room empty. Frowning, he turned to head down the hallway, his eyes scanning the rooms until he saw her through the window in the game room. Stopping in the doorway, he smiled to her. "Hey you. How was your day?"-
Tsaaq: She rolled over and forced her body to sit up while looking up at him. Hayley played with her giant shirt and shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know..." She sighed. "I just did the usual stuff they make me do." Hayley slid over a bit on her butt.
Alexithymiaa: -He stepped into the room and moved to sit down next to her, holding out the hand drawn card from Eli with the comic inside. "This is from Eli. He misses having you at the shop."-
Tsaaq: Hayley went to bring her knees into her chest and looked over at Adam before her gaze went to the card. She took it from him and stared at it for a long time. "I didn't think that-" She started to say. "This is nice... I wanna put it in my room." Hayley muttered quietly. "Or hide it in there."
Alexithymiaa: "You can do whatever you want with it." He smiled to her, shifting to hand her the envelope he'd brought with him with her name on it. "And this is your holiday bonus. I thought you might want to have it here with you. Just as a reminder of what you have waiting for you when you're ready."-
Tsaaq: She took the envelope and furrowed her eyebrows, peeking inside and instantly jumping a little. "Somebody is gonna try to steal this... Tell Eli I said thank you if it isn't too embarrassing." Hayley whispered as she went to hide it in her pants cause they weren't allowed to wear bras and shit. "I don't even know what to buy..." She trailed off. "What are you buying with yours?" She asked.
Alexithymiaa: "Well part of that is also from Bliss. But I'll thank them both for you." He smiled, moving his hand to scratch the side of his head. "Probably Christmas presents for everyone."-
Tsaaq: Hayley pursed her lips and shrugged. "Alright, thanks." She whispered. She lowered her head as he answered. "That's nice of you." She said before falling into silence.
Alexithymiaa: -He gave a quick shrug, glancing down at his phone as he opened his videos, holding his phone out toward Hayley so she could see the screen. "And I took a video of myself feeding Hera this morning so you wouldn't miss out on all her whining."-
Tsaaq: She looked up once she heard the video, frowning as she watched. "I miss her." Hayley whispered and tilted her head as she stared at his phone screen. "I hate it here." She muttered as she turned away.
Alexithymiaa: -He set the phone down in front of him, moving his arm around her shoulders gently. "I know. But you'll be out soon enough. Everyone just wants you to get better."-
Tsaaq: Hayley leaned hear head against him. "People probably haven't even noticed that I've been gone..." She whispered as she closed her eyes.
Alexithymiaa: "Of course they have. Eli even went as far as to make you a nice hard to show you how much he misses you. And that's only one very creative person who is actually able to do something like that. Think of all the untalented people who arent able to send their regards.-
Tsaaq: "People make it seem like I'm a chore..." She continued to speak quietly. "I should just be quiet before they make me take some other drug or something." Hayley sighed. "I'm sorry."
Alexithymiaa: "You're not a chore, Halo." He leaned down, looking straight into her face. "Some people just arent able to make things like this to visually show you that they care."-
Tsaaq: She remained quiet before going to lean on him again. "You don't think this whole thing is annoying?" She asked him.
Alexithymiaa: "No, why do you think I would think that?" He asked gently, his eyes peering down to her face.-
Tsaaq: "Cause something in my head keeps telling me everybody would be happier if I wasn't around." Hayley whimpered, going to hide her face with her hands.
Alexithymiaa: "Well that's why you're here. So we can show you that, that something in your head is wrong." He moved his hand to slowly pull her hand away from her face, sending her a soft small.-
Tsaaq: Hayley had her hands on each side of her head. "Something." She trailed off, before starting to breathe hard. She calmed down once he took her hand away from her face. She began to whimper again. "I don't know how to talk about stuff to the doctors without getting upset..." Hayley told him.
Alexithymiaa: "Do you want someone in with you each time you have to talk to them?" He asked in a gentle voice, his head cocked to one side.-
Tsaaq: "Like who?" She asked as she stared up at Adam, pouting her lips.
Alexithymiaa: "Like me? Or maybe Remy or Cadence?" He reached his hand over, taking hers and lacing their fingers together.-
Tsaaq: Hayley lowered her head a moment. "Do you think you would be able to hear about the stuff-" She began to inquire. "And still look at me the same, or want to be with me?"
Alexithymiaa: "I'll do whatever you need me to do. Just tell me what you need. I promise i'll be here."-
Tsaaq: She nodded her head after hearing his reply. She looked worrisome nonetheless. "I'm scared to go in and talk about stuff by myself. My heart starts pounding and my head hurts, I feel like I'm gonna throw up every time." She explained.
Alexithymiaa: "Well then just let me know when you're scheduled to talk to the doctors and I'll come and go in with you."-
Tsaaq: Hayley inhaled deeply and nodded her head again. "Okay... I'll let you know." She said before lazily standing to her feet and gathering her things. "I have to go get my medicine and go to bed..."
Alexithymiaa: "Alright." He pushed to stand up, framing her face between his hands and lowering his head to plant a kiss on her forehead. "Anything you need, and all you have to do is call me, okay?"-
Tsaaq: "Okay." She replied then went to hug him. "Don't forget to thank Bliss and Eli." Hayley said as she pulled away reluctantly, starting to walk out of the room. She waited at the door for him before actually moving down the hallway.
Alexithymiaa: "I will." He turned and followed her to the door, stepping out of the game room and into the open hall. "I'll be back tomorrow."-
Tsaaq: "Alright." She gave him another hug, lingering in it a moment then went further down the hallway. "I'll miss you..." She said softly, stopping halfway through her stride. "See you tomorrow." Hayley said before heading to the pharmacy for her meds then to her room for beds.
Alexithymiaa: -He leaned down to return her hug, giving her a gentle pat on the back. "See you tomorrow, Halo." Sending her a wave, he turned so he could make his way down the stairs, heading out to his truck.-
