  1. [P] Blade of Ice : Champion starts with Winter's Edge in his inventory. Winter's Edge grants 2 AD and AP as well as 2% AS, and increases by the same amount each level and for each kill/assist, to a maximum of 50 AD and AP and 50% AS.

  7. Unique Passive - Avalanche : This item gains 2 AD and AP and 2% AS on level up and kills/assists, to a maximum of 48 AD and AP and 48% AS.
  8. Unique Active - Coming Storm : On casting a non-ultimate spell, Winter's Edge becomes charged, changing the spell cast by the active. Only one charge can be stored at a time, and casting other spells will replace the current charge.

  10. Glaciate - Blizzard : Summons a storm in a circular area that lasts for 5 seconds. The storm blows from target area towards Champion, dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.1 AP) magical damage every half second and slows all enemies in the area by 20%. The slow is doubled if they move against the storm. (800 Range, 325 Radius, 15 second CD)

  12. Ice Orb - Ice Rend : Deals 70/115/160/205/250 (+0.5 AP) magical damage to target enemy champion and slows them by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds, stunning them for 0.5 seconds as well if Ice Orb removed a slow. (650 Range, 10 second CD)

  14. Frozen Armor - Frozen Arsenal : All allied champions around you deal 18/26/34/42/50 (+0.1 AP) bonus magical damage and slow by 15% for 1 second on each basic attack for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds. (900 Range, 15 second CD)

  16. [Q] Glaciate : Champion dashes to target location, leaving a trail of ice that lasts for 3 seconds and snares enemies for 0.75 seconds. His next attack will deal bonus physical damage equal to 80/90/100/110/120% of his bonus AD and 50/60/70/80/90% of his bonus AP and snare for 0.75 seconds.

  19. [W] Ice Orb : Champion removes all slows from target ally and grants them and himself 20% CC duration reduction for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds.

  22. [E] Frozen Armor : Champion grants target allied champion 15/20/25/30/35 (+0.08 AP) armor and magic resist. The effect lasts up to 8 seconds, and is lost if they take damage greater than 25% of their maximum HP.

  25. [R] Frost Nova : Champion leaps to target location and slams his blade into the earth, freezing an area around himself. Enemies within the area take 150/250/350 (+0.8 AP) magical damage and are stunned from 0.5 to 1.5 seconds, the stun increasing the closer they were to the center on cast. The area remains frozen for 6 seconds, and enemies standing in it have all their Tenacity and CC effectiveness/duration reduction negated, lingering for 1 second after they leave the area.
