Testimonies/Alibis -
Kuzuryuu: Left Changing Rooms by pool and left Pekoyama and went to go back down to his room when power went out. Told Pekoyama he would. (lying/killer)
Pekoyama: Stayed in Changing Rooms by pool for a bit before heading back to room.
Togami: Left Archives to investigate light outage with Fukawa. After twenty minutes or so, walked back to the library to pick up Archives key before heading back to his room, leaving Fukawa behind.
Fukawa: Left Library to investigate light outage with Togami. After twenty minutes, Togami left and Fukawa went back to her room.
Souda: Left his room to investigate light outage. Spends most of the half hour looking for the circuitry to fix on the floor with the library before heading back to his room.

Facts -

Archive: Small pool of blood, files strewn, lamp by pool of blood

Library: Books fallen from shelves, lamp missing. Archives door slightly open, not closed all the way.

Hallways: Trail of blood on floor, slowly diminishing until it stops by the second floor

Pool: Discoloured water and body floating in the pool, facing down.

Etc:

Series of Events -

1. Togami and Hinata are at the archives, Fukawa at the library.
2. Lights go out at 9:30 PM.
3. Togami and Fukawa leaves, Hinata stays.
4. Kuzuryuu enters the library and hits Hinata over the head with a lamp to knock him out, thinking him to be Togami. A small bit of blood forms in the middle of the Archives, where the lamp is.
5. He stumbles around in the Archives, trying to drag Hinata out of the library and makes a bit of a mess.
6. He makes his way to the pool and throws Hinata's body in, waiting for him to drown. The colour of the pool turns a bit discoloured from the blood.
7. Kuzuryuu gets the body out of the pool. The power comes back on half-an-hour later, before Monobear makes his Night Time announcement.
8. Panicking, he drags the body to the changing room, and runs to bed.
