- Alchemist - Set to a single level progressive perk: Your potions and poisons are 1% stronger per level of Alchemy
- Experimenter - Set to a single level progressive perk: Level 50 Alchemy unlocks 2 learned effects, 75 Alchemy unlocks 3 effects, 100 Alchemy unlocks 4 effects
- LIGHT ARMOR

- Agile Defender - Set to a single level progressive perk: Your armor rating for light armor increases by 1% per level of Light Armor
- Custom Fit - Removed the requirement for light armor to be worn on your head, increased actual armor bonus from 20% to 25% to match description
- Matching Set - Changed the requirement of a set from exactly 4 matching pieces to 3 or more matching pieces, increased actual armor bonus from 20% to 25% to match description
- Unhindered - Reduced armor weight reduction from 100% to 50%
- Adjusted the hidden spells that mimic Matching Set and Custom Fit to match the perks, although I believe they are mostly unused alternate implementations of the perk.
- PICKPOCKET

- Maximum Pickpocket chance increased from 90% to 100%
- Light Fingers - Set to a single level progressive perk: Pickpocketing bonus increases by 1% per level of Pickpocket
- Night Thief - Increased Pickpocket bonus on sleeping targets from 25% to 90%
- SNEAK

- NPC Line of Sight range decreased from 190 degrees to 135 degrees
- Reduced weight of Sound in detection formula from 1.0 to 0.75
- Increased weight of light in detection from 0.33 to 0.66
- Increased noise factor of armor from 0.5 to 0.66
- Reduced weight of Sneak skill in detection formula from 0.66 to 0.5
- Increased NPC search time after being attacked from 15 seconds to 60 seconds
- Increased NPC search time after detecting something from 10 seconds to 30 seconds
- Increased Unarmed sneak attack multiplier from 2x to 3x
- Enchantments that double your sneak attack damage now also work with unarmed attacks.
- Stealth - Set to a single level progressive perk: You are 0.5% harder to detect while sneaking per level of Sneak
- Muffled Movement - Removed perk and replaced with Acrobatics
- Acrobatics - Replaces Muffled Movement, reduces damage received from falls by 0.75% per level of Sneak
- Backstab - Unarmed attacks will also beneift from this perk
- Assassin's Blade - Renamed "Assassin," no longer requires Deadly Aim as a prerequisit, now requires Backstab as a prerequisit, unarmed attacks will also benefit from this perk
- Silence - Changed description to more accurately describe what the perk has always done (100% muffle)
- Shadow Warrior - Removed perk and replaced with Escape
- Escape - Replaces Shadow Warrior, once every 120 seconds while sneaking, you will evade the next melee attack upon yourself, turn invisible for 30 seconds, and paralyze enemies in the area for 5 seconds
