  1. yo dank,
  2.
  3. ive been wanting to try and run internal/QRR training events for some time but after the last couple I held off. But I think ive come up with a format that will run good.
  4.
  5. So my plan will be to run it more as a smaller weekly session on Sundays at 7pm and run them for about 30-40 mins. I think majority of attendance would be somerset/glasgows with a few ux/ox joining occasionally but we could start with the main ones and hopefully grow it over time.
  6.
  7. So the plan:
  8.
  9. - Every two weeks we do a "proper" training session.
  10. - Other weeks we run "casual" internal tournaments / events
  11.
  12. So training wise ive got a decent number of things we could do:
  13.
  14. - Shooting -- Ive been mercing with a few regiments recently and I really want to improve the overal QRR shooting system/player shooting so we should redo our crosshair choice, aiming system, ranging etc and then we can go into my custom bot programs and practice it with our guys. To make it a bit more fun , at the end of the training we can do a "time challenge" where we move around the map shooting and whoever gets most killed after 12 shots gets a medal until the next shooting training. [would be a full session]
  15.
  16. - Forming up -- we are defo the regiment which forms up the fastest but we could still do with some work with forming up CORRECTLY and firing a shot quickly and always useful for new guys [would be a half session / combined with shooting ]
  17.
  18. - Melee practice -- no explanation needed. Melee sessions always good sessions and so many diffrent drills we can do.
  19.
  20. - Leading practice -- I dont want to sound to KRA-esk but having a session where we let people sign-up to practice leading and they lead against each other, we all know how benefical this can be and helps with enlisted development.
  21.
  22. - Cav practice -- the league format is very very fun. we had a very good time today, it was pretty much two hussar groups charging at each other and round over in 60 seconds. Fun and helps cav bois.
  23.
  24. So thats 5 things already and im sure you could think of somethings/other things will come up. so thats training covered for every two weeks. then the other weeks we run internal tournaments / fun events.
  25.
  26. We already have draco/rekt/pikuli etc who like to run some internal melee stuff so I think we can expand that role where it becomes "Mini-Event host" where people can volunteer and they get to run tournaments/events themself for us to do on the weeks. If noone wants to host anything obv I/we can host something but I wouild really try push the idea of enlisted/nco's hosting the session rather than ourselves.
  27.
  28. Examples:
  29.
  30. - So many groupfight possibilites (2v2, 3v3 , 4v4)
  31.
  32. - Officer duel
  33.
  34. - Cav groupfights
  35.
  36. - Siege wars
  37.
  38. - battle royale
  39.
  40. etc etc so loads of options.
  41.
  42. Summary: Weekly QRR internal sessions on sunday 7pm. One week we do a training, next week some kind of tournament/minigame.
  43.
  44. What are your thoughts about it?
  45.
