Burning Leo character concept

Burning Leo character concept:

Burning Leo would be the embodiment of the Fire/Burning abilities from the Kirby series. These powers have had a large role in the franchise ever since Adventure, so Burning Leo would symbolize this rich history.

Jab:
Throws out two punches, before letting out a miniature explosion in front of him (Much like Ridleys Forward Smash)

Dash Attack: Match
Burning Leo dashes Forward sith his head flames burning wildly with a panicked expression on his face. (Based off the move of the same name from Kirby 64)

Forward Tilt:


Down Tilt:
Does Kirby’s Slide Kick

Up Tilt:
Burning Leo lets out a quick burst of fire upwards

Up Air:


Neutral Air: Spinning Fire Breath.
Burning Leo spins in midair breathing a stream of fire around him. (Based off the move of the same name from Kirby’s Return to Dreamland)

Forward Air:
Burning Leo lets out a small burst of fire in front of him.

Back Air:
Burning Leo lets out a small burst of fire behind him, similar to Piranha Plants back air.

Down Air: Burning Coo
Burning Leo summons Coo from the Kirby’s Dreamland games to grab him and slam downwards at an angle. (Based off the move of the same name from Kirby’s Dreamland 2&3)

Forward Smash:
Burning Leo lets out a burst of fire in front of him, similar to Ridleys forward smash.

Down Smash:
Burning Leo swings the Fire Sword from Kirby 64 around him, similar to Simons Down Smash.

Up Smash:
Burning Leo lets a huge burst of fire out upwards.

Neutral Special:
Burning Leo lets out a stream of fire that’s direction can be adjusted. Similar to Bowsers Neutral Special.

Down Special: Burn.
Burning Leo preforms a move very similar to Kirby’s Melee/Ultimate dash attack, coating himself in fire and launching himself at the opponent. (Based off the move of the same name from Kirby Super Star)

Side Special: Flaming Arrow
Burning Leo lets a flaming arrow out of his mouth and fires it. The special button can be held down to increase it’s distance.
(Basically Young Links Neutral Special, based off the move of the same name from Kirby 64)

Up Special: Burning Chuchu
Burning Leo pulls out Chuchu from Kirby’s Dreamland 3, holds her up like a parachute, and breathes fire upwards using her like a hot air balloon
(Based off the move of the same name from Kirby’s Dreamland 3)

Grab:
Basically the same as Kirby’s

Pummel:
Basically the same as Kirby’s

Forward Throw:
Burning Leo burns the opponent with the fire on the top of his head, sending them at a forwards angle.

Back Throw:
Basically the same as Pac Man’s back throw

Up Throw: Melting Ice Block
Burning Leo chucks the opponent upwards into an ice block before melting the ice block sending the opponent at an upwards angle. Can freeze if the opponent is at a high percent. (Based off the move of the same name from Kirby 64)

Down Throw:
Burning Leo turns into a fireball and grinds against an opponent, and sends them forward. Similar to Jigglypuffs Down Throw.
(Based off the Burning Fireball move of the Fire Ability)

Final Smash: Monster Flame
Burning Leo dons the Monster Flame Ability from Kirby’s Return to Dreamland, and fires a dragon made of fire vertically across the screen. Any opponents caught in the dragons mouth will be scorched and sent at a diagonal angle (Based off the Super Ability of the same name from Kirby’s Return to Dreamland)

Taunt 1:
Burning Leo brushes his flaming mane, taken from one of his idle animations from Star Allies.

Taunt 2:
Burning Leo looks to the left then right quickly, taken from one of his idle animations in Star Allies

Taunt 3:
Burning Leo waves both his hands up in the air. A reference to when you befriend a Burning Leo in Star Allies

Victory Theme:
The title theme from Helper to Hero from Kirby Super Star Ultra.

Victory Animation 1:
Burning Leo preforms his own variation of the Kirby dance from Kirby Super Star

Victory Animation 2:
Burning Leo preforms his own variation of the Kirby dance from Kirby Star Allies

Victory Animation 3:
Burning Leo jumps around and poses, in reference to his victory Screen in Helper to Hero

Classic Mode: Burning Passion!
In this route Burning Leo will face off against opponents with Fire abilities. The opponents will prefer using these moves.
1-Incineroar (Up Special)
2-Ness and Robin (Side Special)
3-Charizard (All his fire attacks)
4-Roy (All his fire attacks)
5-Mario and Simon (Neutral Special and Forward Smash for Mario, and Down Special for Simon)
6-Ike and Palutena (Neutral Special for Ike, Side Special for Palutena)
7-Vs Rathalos

Alternate Costumes:
1-Default (Based off his default appearance from Kirby Star Allies)
2-Yellow (Based off his player 2 Colors from Kirby Star Allies)
3-Blue (Based off his player 3 Colors from Kirby Star Allies)
4-Green (Based off his player 4 Colors from Kirby Star Allies)
5-Orange body with Pink flames (Based off of Burning Leo’s alternate color pallet from Kirby Super Star Ultra)
6-Grey Body with Brown flames (Based off Burning Leo’s unused color palette from the original Kirby Super Star)
7-Pink Body with White flames (Based off Fire Lion’s color pallet from Kirby’s Adventure)
8-Tan Body with Red Flames and a purplish headband (Based off of Flamberge from Kirby Star Allies)
