Rules: Rules were copypasted, there was enough time to read each paste.
Jacks: Trainees did decently during GJs, one trainee lied about them knowing
jacks and was dismissed. JJs were done decently, one trainee didnt even try to
do jacks and was dismissed. Host explained HJs just incase the trainees didnt know.
Faces: Host explained faces to the trainees. Trainees did decently during
faces.
Ladder jacks: Host demonstrated the ladder jacks. Trainees did ladder jacks
correctly.
March: Marched to the ladder jacks area. Marching rules were stated.
Obby(short): Obby rules were stated and obstacles explained. Trainees did
this obby quickly.
Obby(long): Trainees had some problems with the poles but still completed the obby.
Side notes: Pays a lot of attention to the trainees. Host asked trainees
to be honest if they know jacks, one trainee got dismissed for lying. Trainee
ages were checked. Host dismissed liars on-spot. Has good grammar and corrects
their grammar mistakes.
