  50. Important note: fastbillingonline.com provides online billing services and does not bear any responsibility for the content of any kind presented by its customers.<br/>

  52. It is recommended to read and agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to the accomplishment of any transactions or usage of the other services/software. All the attempts to access fastbillingonline.com and/or use services/software we offer are considered as the customer's consent to the present Terms and Conditions. This document is liable to modifications at any time without notifying the customer.<br/>

  54. <strong>1.Definitions</strong><br/>

  56. The whole range of billing services represented on the website of fastbillingonline.com including all kinds of the software offered to the customers, both subscribers and non-subscribers, hereinafter referred to as 'services/software'.<br/>
  57. <br/>
  58. The user of the site of fastbillingonline.com with limited access to certain services/software as well as the subscriber with a valid username and password hereinafter referred to as 'the customer'. <br/>
  59. <br/>
  60. All the website(s) of fastbillingonline.com which can be accessed for billing services/software hereinafter referred to as 'the site'.<br/>

  62. <br/>
  63. The user with a purchased username and password who was granted a complete access to all services/software and other benefits offered by the subscription hereinafter referred to as 'the subscriber'.<br/>
  64. <br/>
  65. Access to the full range of services/software within certain period of time the customer has been charged for hereinafter referred to as 'subscription'.

  68. <strong>2.Billing</strong><br/>

For all charges and transactions made, fastbillingonline.com's authorized customer support partner website address and/or phone number appear on the customer's bank statements, credit card(s) or phone bills depending on the payment methods. In case of multiple transactions/purchases, each of them will be listed on the statement. Other information may also be included by fastbillingonline.com on the basis of the telephone regulations, credit card association, and any other obligatory rules and regulations.<br/><br/>
  71. <strong>1) Credit/Debit Card Authorization:</strong><br/>

By submitting your credit/debit card data via the services of fastbillingonline.com, you authorize fastbillingonline.com in its complete discretion to submit a financial transaction(s) to your issuing bank for settlement. You agree that once fastbillingonline.com has approved or declined your transaction, fastbillingonline.com has fully performed under the terms of this Agreement.<br/>
  73. You agree to contact fastbillingonline.com in the event that you desire to cancel any recurring charge, prior to the next billing cycle. Should you fail to contact fastbillingonline.com, you agree to indemnify and hold fastbillingonline.com harmless from any losses or damages that you suffer as a result of a recurring charge.
  74. If you think that there is an error on your account, including an incorrect amount or unauthorized transaction, you agree to contact fastbillingonline.com within 30 days of the transaction. Upon proper notification, fastbillingonline.com, in its sole discretion may issue a credit to your Bank Card.<br/><br/>

  76. <strong>2) ACH Debit Authorization:</strong><br/>

By submitting your checking account data via the services of fastbillingonline.com, you authorize fastbillingonline.com in its complete discretion to submit a financial transaction(s) to your depository bank for settlement. You agree that once fastbillingonline.com has approved or declined your transaction, fastbillingonline.com has fully performed under the terms of this Agreement.<br/>
  78. You agree to contact fastbillingonline.com in the event that you desire to cancel any recurring charge, prior to the next billing cycle. Should you fail to contact fastbillingonline.com, you agree to indemnify and hold fastbillingonline.com harmless from any losses or damages that you suffer as a result of a recurring charge. <br/>

  80. <strong>3.Subscriber Accounts, Passwords, and Security</strong><br/>

  82. Some interactive resources provided to the customer require a username and password scheme. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their username and password, and is fully responsible for any activity that occurs under their password or account. The customer agrees to immediately notify fastbillingonline.com of any unauthorized use of their password or account, and ensure proper log-off from any session that requests resources protected by secure schemes. fastbillingonline.com shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the customer's failure to comply with this section.<br/>

  84. <strong>4.Electronic Receipt</strong><br/>

  86. Each subscriber receives an electronic receipt to their email provided while being subscribed. A copy of the account of all transactions performed during the subscription term can be requested at any time. All requests should be addressed directly to fastbillingonline.com. Our contact information can be found at the end of this document under the Contact Information section. <br/>

  88. <br/>
  89. <strong>5.Cancellation</strong><br/>
  90. <br/>
  91. Any of the services provided by fastbillingonline.com can be terminated at any time by either fastbillingonline.com or the customer upon notification of the other party by email, mail or telephone. If such termination is requested by subscriber prior to the expiration day of their subscription, no fees are refunded.

If the customer requests cancellation or refund from fastbillingonline.com, your bank, card issuer, or phone company due to fraudulent or unauthorized use, fastbillingonline.com can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block your information from use at all fastbillingonline.com customer's websites.
  93. The customer is responsible for any charges imposed by their credit card issuing bank for exceeding account limits or account overdraws.<br/>
  94. <br/>
  95. <strong>6.Anti-spam Policy</strong><br/>
  96. <br/>
  97. fastbillingonline.com will immediately terminate any account/subscription that it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any unsolicited bulk email. In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated, then the customer agrees to pay fastbillingonline.com liquidated damages of $5 for each piece of spam or unsolicited bulk email transmitted from or otherwise connected with the customer's account. Otherwise, the customer agrees to pay fastbillingonline.com's actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated. Such payment may be deducted directly from any sums owed to you from fastbillingonline.com.<br/>

  99. <strong>7.Authorization of use</strong><br/>

  101. Subscribers are hereby authorized to access the service or software provided by fastbillingonline.com. This subscription (membership) is granted for sole use to one subscriber. All subscriptions are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the website or any material found within is strictly prohibited unless authorized by fastbillingonline.com. No material within fastbillingonline.com may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified or displayed publicly, or used for any sale/rent. <br/>
  102. fastbillingonline.com reserves the right to terminate this subscription at any time if the terms of this agreement are violated. In the case that the terms are violated, the customer will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from fastbillingonline.com.<br/>

  105. <strong>8.Supplementary Terms and Conditions</strong><br/>

  107. fastbillingonline.com may have supplementary Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of its services/software offered to the subscriber, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to fastbillingonline.com and the subscriber. <br/>

CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE fastbillingonline.com SITE/SERVICE/SOFTWARE AND TO THE INFORMATION THEREIN. fastbillingonline.com AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE fastbillingonline.com SITE/SERVICE/SOFTWARE AT ANY TIME. <br/>
