  1. Key: Valkrae
  2. Name: Zareh
  3. Race: Alien
  4. Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  5. Topic for Witch: Before the Universe began, there existed a flicker of positive light just outside the matter of everything. In the short moments it took for you to take physical form, the energy expended by your transformation sent a shockwave that reverberated throughout infinity. Outside of your state and your domain still lingered the Darkness of the negative energy that pulsed and beckoned at your creation. But being the Deity of All Creation means that also feel sympathy for your antithesis made out the absence of your light. As you begin to create more and more, giving your love to all matter and things - Your rival in Darkness would do the opposite to match your every move as if a Chess Match. Over the millennium you have at war with your mysterious Other, you realize that they have corrupted your own creation to their design. How do you respond to this as the Creator of All and Giver of Life? - Would you destroy your own creation to destroy the darkness, or would you have something else in mind?

  10. As Zareh stared into the darkness, She knew only one thing. She could not destroy something that she created. That was not in her nature. The Darkness was the balance. For there to be light, there had to be darkness. Zareh kept the Darkness alive. Over the millenia that passed in the blink of an eye, she would not destroy it, nor overtake it. She maintained the balance. The Yin and Yang of the universe. For every positive charge, there must be a negative. The darkness felt the same way. It could not exist without the light. For if there is no light, how would one know what darkness truly was? When one fell behind, the other would pull back to allow them to retain their full power. Soon, they begin to take Avatars. Physical representations of themselves. Zareh was one of these Avatars. They would clash with each other, one winning out and overtaking the other for a short time, before allowing them to regenerate their power.

  12. It was a windy night, and the tree's whistled in the strong gale. Zareh pulled the cloak around her tightly, pushing more energy into the fire blazing on her torch. As her only heat and light source, it required a constant stream of energy to keep it alight. She stalked through the woods, searching for her other half. It had been two years ago that they clashed once again on the field of battle. The earth beneath them was uplifted, as they clashed, mimicking each other in almost every way. Where Zareh was swift, the Darkness was strong. Where the Darkness was strong to heavy blows, Zareh was weak to them. Zareh was intelligent and cunning, whilst the Darkness was brutal and relied on brute force. Yet, whilst they clashed, both of them could not help but smile at seeing their other half. Zareh shook the thought off, as she continued her trek. She was weak, the light in the universe almost dying out completely. An age of darkness had established itself in the universe, but she endured. She endured out of sheer will. When the light of her torch had faded, and naught but embers were left, she felt a presence. A presence so familiar there was no mistaking who it was. She smiled ever so lightly, turning to the Darkness, and calling it the name she gave it ever so long ago. "Kailar.." As she turned, she felt a sudden surge of energy. Her body lit up, and allowed her to see the figure before her. He was strong, that was clear. With a smooth face, and blue eyes. He was attractive in every means of the word. He was stunning, striking. His form naturally drew the eye of any who saw him. Zareh was much less unassuming and humble.

  14. "You look terrible." Spoke Kailar, a hint of amusement on his lips. "Almost as if you're afraid of the dark." Zareh responded with a roll of her eyes. "Very funny. Now, let's get this over with so I don't freeze to death in this forest." She simply shook her head. Kailar walked forward, embracing her tightly. They could share this one night. When it was over, it was back to the normal routine. Fighting against each other. Keeping the balance. They faded at the end of the night, as the darkness retreated, the light advanced. Soon, they controlled equal halves. It was back to the grind. Zareh took another Avatar, leading armies against the Darkness, as Kailar did the same. As they always had done. As they always would. Zareh wouldn't have it any other way.
