Private Showdown! Bot Terms

Please note that your private Bot may not be online 24/7 as the bot's host may restart at any moment.  You will only be paying for every minute your Bot spends online in EOS.

- The bot is NOT allowed in any Official rooms without a staff member's approval.
- The Bot's host will NOT be held accountable for any mishap that may happen with the bot.
- Payment to renew the contract will be made to YOUR private Bot before the term ends to continue the contract.  Failure to do so will result in your Bot leaving EOS, and you will have to make a new contract.
- The price of 21 dollars per week is subject to change at any moment, and there will be an additional 4 dollar charge to initiate the bot.

- The host of the Bot is not responsible for any content that is added to the Bot (shock links, pornography, illegal sites, spamming), and contracts MAY be terminated without refund if such material is found on your private bot.   Please note that if you use your bot to spam or break any rules, you MAY be denied use of any of sparkychild's Bots.
