scp sl rules

Even though this server is just for fun, basic rules must apply:
1. Dont teamkill without a reason.
2. Dont spam the soundboard unless in a intercom room.
3. Teaming is not allowed, for example Chaos and mtf working together.
4. Be respectful, joking is alright but dont go too far.
5. Any use of any cheats is not allowed.
