    Add WhiteboardPrplOps and modify PurplePluginProtocolInfo to include wb
    ops

    Adds the WhiteboardPrplOps to jabber's plugin protocol info and
    updates it with our shiny new whiteboard bindings. Supplied with
    a proof of concept whiteboard which shoots up on right clicking
    a buddy and choosing start whiteboard!
