  1. Hi there,
  2. My name is Costa and I am contacting you today regarding the status of my account.
  3.
  4. In 2015, I had my account banned permanently without any prior convictions or suspensions of any sort. I had been playing World of Wacraft for approximately 10 years on and off prior to 2015. The email I received stated I would receive a "72 hour suspension" for apparently logging onto my brothers account (note: he lived in the same house with the same computer at the time of the event). Although I felt as if I was treated unfairly, I accepted the 72 hour ban and learned from it. Upon completion of the 72 hour ban, the status of my account had been changed to "permanently banned" (without any sort of email/document stating the ban changing or even reason of the ban). As anyone would be, I was confused and opened a live chat and spoke to GM "Xygerbi" about the situation where they stated although it may feel unfair, that the ban could not be reversed and left me with little to no information.

  6. I am contacting you now because, 3 years later, I thought I would open another live chat and ask for forgiveness. Please also note, in no way shape or form, did I or my brother profit from the situation. I simply logged on while he was coming home from school to join his guilds raid group so he didn't get replaced.
  7.
  8. Also, I was very confused as to why MY account got banned, when my brothers account didn't receive any sort of strike, suspension, or ban? I am not suggesting that action should be taken upon his account, but feel very mistreated.
  9.
  10. I am an honest man, who is a lot older than the time of the event, and learned my lesson. I will not log on my brothers (or anyones) account for whatever the reason may be. I value my account more than anything (I had been working toward my achievements for nearly 10 years) and will not do it again. Again, my brother/myself DID NOT profit from this and it was a 1 time event.
  11.
  12. I hope you understand where I am coming from and I hope to hear from you.
  13. Thank you for your time,
