Phoebe

A short anthropomorphic cat woman, standing at about 5'0 even, with wide hips.
Her fur is black, similar to the coat of a bombay cat, and relatively short.
Her eyes are cat-like, fitting in with the rest of her appearance. They're a bright gold color.
She's got sharp claws and teeth.

She tends to wear a loose bohemian style peasant dress that reaches her knees. The pattern is brightly colored and contrasts with her fur. Her tail just comes out from under it.
This tends to be worn with some kind of ballet flat in a faded gray. Occasional accessories include piercings and handmade necklaces with painted wooden beads.
