bsb #pastebinmonday

I went to buckeye speed bash this weekend. it was awesome. I knew before I even made it there that I want to return next year. everyone there was either already my friend or just a really nice person. I didnt take any time off for work so I traveled 12 hours overnight via greyhound both ways, friday night and saturday night, to be there for less than a day. it's a rough trip but it's worth it and reminds me of my smash days.

being there was wonderful. the midwest community is already their own thing but everyone appreciated having me there and I felt right at home. I was so happy they accepted 2 of my submissions, especially when those 2 submissions are my 2 favourite speedgames at the moment.

I raced SML2 any% glitchless with Slash, that was a lot of fun. The race was close until I died in turtle 3 and wario's castle :( we put on a good show I think! SMRPG was going to be a race between me and Justin, but since we had no headsets, super jumping at the same time in a quiet room was gonna be an issue that neither of us were prepared for so he suggested we do a co-op run instead and I was all for it. we did fantastic.

I probably wont be in america again until september for STR unless another impromptu weekend trip happens. we'll see.
