- Now, onto Jojolity, once again starting with Arizona. This is a solid approach to an embody jojolity! There are a couple interesting symbolic throughlines at play here between the monsoon and the queen of the jungle, and the idea of embodying the water cycle by being a force of nature stronger than any fauna is a compelling one. Though, I would have wanted those two ideas to be more connected to each other and to the gameplay where possible, in order to put this above and beyond. As it stands, you have a lot of strong threads that don’t quite weave together. Still, I enjoyed this showing, and Arizona is quickly becoming a favorite. I think a high [7] is in order.
- Turning to IMPACT, this too is a good show! I think this approach to your jojolity shows a stronger tie to both the formatting of the strategy, and the gameplay. I think the nature documentary is a fun angle, even if it’s almost more of a meta-approach to your Jojolity. Still, it does let you showcase Reese’s animals to the fullest. You use the framework to emphasize each animal, the way they lived and died in their environments, to draw focus to the technical knowledge in your strategies. All told, there’s a sense in which Reese is truly part of the nature that surrounds him. For that reason I’ll give this jojolity an [8]. I’m glad to see that both of these approaches tie into the themes of land that the previous M29 was going for. Great work!

- As for Jojolities, I don’t have much to say, so I’ll be brief. Reese is undoubtedly the master of the air, the seas, and the sky. His animal companions work incredibly well to achieve this, allowing Reese the opportunity to attack from anywhere. Thus, I’m giving this Jojolity an 8 out of 10. Well done!
- Onto Arizona, she approached the concept of the water cycle in a more metaphorical sense. And I think it worked wonderfully. Each section from resource gathering to the buildup of her strategy all culminated in a devastating storm that was carefully laid out and executed. For that, I’m giving this Jojolity an 8 out of 10. Well done!

- Both players also did solid jobs with their respective Jojolities in this match. The players lean more into providing a strong narrative aspect to their strat relating to their given topic. The tactics mentioned in my quality section also do well to support each of these narratives as well. That being said, Arizona’s Jojolity feels more like a separate experience that has been dispersed throughout the strategy without necessarily tying into anything Arizona is mechanically doing at that moment. Meanwhile, the Attenborough-like documentary in Reese’s strategy really helps to tie the different Animal plans together and how each will let him reign the “land, sea, and sky”.
- Giving Arizona a **7** and Reese an **8**.
