  12. principles of the FCTL are kept, and nothing is done to allow an
  13. Organization to Use the Work, the name may be kept, as long as there
  14. is a word or phrase added to the name "Chad Tier License" to differentiate
  15. it from this license.

  38. for the full FCTL)
  39.
  40. The Work may be Used and Modified only by an Individual, and not an Organization

  42. of the Author of the Work, and the New Code is provided at no cost for Use upon request by an
  43. Individual if the Work was Modified, (Although, it is preferred if one were to provide the Code
  44. or New Code without request).
  45. The Author must provide the Code upon request by an Individual at no cost.
  46. The New Work must be re-licensed under the FCTL, along with any other desired license that
  47. does not violate the terms of the FCTL.
  48. The only way an organization may Use or Modify the Work is contact the Author of the
  49. Work and negotiate for a different license that allows for them to use the Work. The Author
  50. of the Work must be attributed, any New Works must be under the FCTL, and the Code of the Work
  51. can not be distributed to any other Organizations.

  75.
  76. An "Individual" is a singular person that is wishing to Use or Modify the Work for a
  77. Goal that does not, and never will, allow the Work or New Work to be Used by an Organization.
  78. A legal entity does not count as an Individual. The Author must be an Individual.

  99. Use or Modify the Work for any reason whatsoever, any attempt to do so is a
  100. violation of the License and they may be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the
  101. law. The only way for an Organization to Use or Modify the Work is to contact the Author
  102. and negotiate for a different license that allows them to use the Work. The Author of the
  103. Work must be attributed publicly and any New Works must be licensed under the FCTL. The

  108. New Code must be provided at request from Individuals to Use and Modify at no cost. You
