"Well, they needed a few things for that. First, they went to the kitchen, but when they were there, they encountered some people they weren't expecting to see, so they faked something on the spot to distract them and grabbed a pan while they weren't looking. The culprit then figured out an excuse to get to the chemistry floor without arousing suspicion. They did this by arranging a certain show."

"During the show, since the other people were distracted, they snuck out and grabbed the components for the acid from the chemical storage. They then went back to the safety storage where the show was, making sure they didn't get seen by anyone."

"Once the show was over, the plan was set in motion. Waltz entered the safety storage, so the culprit knew the mixing lab was open. They went in there and mixed the acid compound after sneaking a teflon container out of the safety storage. Once they had the acid mixed, they measured out the amound of acid they needed in the teflon pan, then transferred that amount into the crate."

"Once that was done, they needed to take care of the evidence. They dissolved the glass that held the compounds in the acid, then hid the pan in the mixing lab. Once that was done, they carried the teflon container of acid out to the shower and hooked it up. At that point, the trap was set, and the three people on the chemistry floor were trapped there."

"However, that wasn't the end of their plan. The culprit hadn't quite thought the whole thing out. Once the trap was set, they went and did something... odd."

"After having set up the acid shower, they went into the daredevil lab, which they probably knew had been trashed. They spent all night cleaning it up, presumably to lure its owner down to the acid shower. Once they were done, they left the room and tried to leave the chemistry floor, but as soon as they approached the shower, they realized that they wouldn't be able to go through since the trap was already in place, so they were stuck there until someone walked through."
