You should only discharge it, if needed, In a Scenario of your life is in immediate Danger or another persons Life is in immediate danger.

  124. It is important for the Police force to Uphold the law because Without law enforcement, The world would be chaos. It is important because without the Law enforcement, The Branches of the government would crumble. Judicial needs law enforcement to Interrupt the laws that Police enforce. The legislative branch needs it, Because if they made laws, Law Enforcement would not be able to enforce the laws. It is important for the Police to Uphold them because if they do not or do it Un equally without Due process, People would be doing horrible things to other people, and nothing is there to stop them, and if they do it without Due process, the people who has done something bad, can feel like he can do it again and not half to serve the same amount of jail time as other people may have to serve, and do it more.

  126. The proper Procedure, is to First, on scene of ANY I mean ANY Scene, is to make sure the scene is safe to proceed in. Then, I would use my Car, and Block off the appropriate lanes of traffic and call into OCC That I have confirmed the Accident and to roll FD And EMS. I would assess the situation and attempt to help as I can, with being safe for me, and or any victims. I would then when FD And EMS Get On scene, I would direct traffic around the MVA, and make sure to give FD Working space.
  127. •[3] As an Constable of the law, you are approaching the scene of a fire.District of Hope Fire Department is already on scene assessing the fire and damages, conducting proper operations. What are the proper procedures required on your part as the constable on scene of the ongoing fire? I would first, as always make sure what Im doing and how Im doing it is safe for me and my surroundings. I would then Block traffic off as needed and see if the Fire department needs help doing anything, if not I would set up a scene around it, and direct traffic accordingly.

You arrive on scene and witness a fallen officer. What are the proper procedures required on your part as the officer on scene of the fallen officer? I would make sure the scene is safe, and then I would, If paramedics are not on scene yet, put on some gloves for my safety and asses the fallen officer. I would do my best to attempt to keep him/her alive, and if not possible, then alert dispatch that I have a fallen officer, and the cornor should be notified. I would Get the time of death and I would also attempt to see if I can find the cause to the death.

You hear shouting and anger among the individuals in the residence. I would knock on the door and announce myselfs as the RCMP To come to the door. If I notice the people are not coming to the door, I would knock again and if it is too serious, I would find an alternitave route in, and notify dispatch of what is going on, and possibly roll me some 32's to to scene. I would then Find the altercation and attempt to break it up as accordingly. I would then seperate the Individuals, and attempt to find the Reason for this dispute. if needed, I would be Detaining people as needed.

  136. If I hear gunshots, I would Before entering, Draw my fire arm, And Get ready for any Possible altercation, and notfiy dispatch and Call in shots fire and roll me some 10-32's. I would then announce my presence, and make entry, making sure everything is safe. I would then Detain and or arrest accordingly. If needed, I will alert Dispatch that I need Fire and EMS To the scene, and I would secure the scene.
