Echo's Chamber - Slots

Player will do a /dice (If playing in party chat) or /random (if playing in regular chat) three times. That will generate three 3-digit numbers. If player gets a line, row or diagonal with three matching numbers, they win! Results between 1 and 99 count as having a 0 in front (so 011 or 099 for example).
