78.
79. 11) Upon being shot at, what are the steps you take? (2p)
80.
If I were to be shot at, I'd quickly run towards my vehicle, get into cover on the opposite position of where I'm getting shot from, and quickly call for back up because that is my number one priority at that time.
81.
82. 12) Explain how a felony stop is conducted, step-by-step. (3p)
83.
If I'm conducting a felony stop, I'd create a spear formation and have one cruiser on an angle behind the suspect and another cruiser a few inches away from my cruiser, with his gun pointed out at the suspect, leaving room in the middle between us, and have the third cruiser block traffic off from behind. I will then proceed giving (s)he commands. I order them to get out of the vehicle without reaching anything, and turn off the ignition, throw it away outside the vehicle, proceed to put your arms out the window and open the door from the outside with their hands above their head. Next, please take a few steps away from the vehicle, then a few steps backwards away facing me. At this point if we know that this person is armed, then we would have to ask (s)he to raise their shirt up and do 360° turn and look at their waist to see if there are any weapons. I would take it out of their waist until I pat them down for any other weapon(s). I'd then do that, and place them in handcuffs. Next, I'd bring (s)he into the back of my cruiser, seating them inside and read them their Miranda rights.
84.
85. 13) Explain the difference between probable cause and reasonable suspicion. (2p)
86.
A probable cause is a crime that has been, is being, or will be committed. It's like "Are they going to commit the crime vs. have they committed a crime?". A reasonable suspicion is something before officers make an arrest, conduct a search, or receive a warrant. Reasonable suspicion is seen as more as than a guess but less than a probable cause.

105.
I'd explain why (s)he is being detained, pat the suspect down, and take (s)he to SADC for a felony, or take it to LSPD if it's a misdemeanor.
106.
107. 20) Define the differences between the callsigns 'BOY' and 'FRANK'. (1p)
108.
'BOY' (B) is a Bicycle Patrol Unit and 'FRANK' (F) is a Footbeat Patrol Unit.

121.
First and foremost, I want to ensure the firearm is still within the grasps of my dominant hand. Secondly, place my thumb upon the magazine release, pressing inwards. At this point it will cause the magazine to slide out of the firearm. While it's sliding out, I got to make sure that it gently falls into one of my free hand. I need to make sure of it because I cannot just drop the magazine into my hand because I'm not always sure that I'm able to always catch it. It does show demonstration poor gun safety, and it shouldn't be done. Thirdly, I'd place the magazine on a surface, kevlar pouch, or pocket. With my non-dominant hand upon the back of the slide, I'd make sure my hand is not coverin ght ejection slot. I'd let it to fall then continue to picking it back up. Fourthly, procceed to look closely and examine and down the magazine well and chamber, double checking is great to see if it's clear. Fifthly, I should never cock the slide back, and proceed to pull the trigger to make sure if it just clicks and there is no round loaded at all. We're almost done the procedure! Next, I'd leave the slide cocked back in using my finger off of the trigger. Finally, something that I've learned that is, I shouldn't unload the firearm in a backwards fashion, because it avoids a new round that has the ability to go into the fire chamber.
122.
123. 25) You are operating under Lincoln-405 and would like to respond to the following radio call - '06-L-10 to COMMS, requesting 10-12 to my '20 for a 10-55, how copy, over.' How do you reply to the transmission? (1p)

147. but if so, I'd ask if I can overtake and if (s)he say negative, then I'll stay at my current position.
148.
149. 33) A suspect who is currently fleeing on foot takes a dive into a nearby river. What are the steps you take to lead up to his arrest? (2p)
150.
I'd call in for backup to the Marines to get on a boat and arrest that man who fleed on foot and took a dive into the nearby river.
151.
152. 34) You respond to a call where a large crowd has gathered around a downed man. You tell everyone to step back and the majority does, but there are a few who refuse to. They keep shouting in your face and waving their hands around but don't make physical contact with you. What do you do? (2p)
153.
I'd ask them to step away using my Verbal Matrix and if they do not co-operate with what I said to them to first time, I'd being to scream, shout, and yell and tell them if they do not back away, they will be arrested. If still, then I'll have them tazed and arrested.
154.
155. 35) During a traffic stop, you notice that the driver is behaving anxiously and keeps on telling you about how much of a hurry he's in. However, he does not sound all that convincing so you decide to tell him to step out. He refuses to present any ID to you or step out of the vehicle. What do you do? (2p)

170.
I quickly pull out my firearm and using lethal force on her and shoot her.

194. * Level 0 - Marked Law Enforcement Presence:
195. It's a uniformed police officer that is shown to influence the citizens or subjects in their area and the line of view.
196. * Level 1 - Verbal Contact: The police officer is shown to be described as the police officer starts to address to a subject/civilian and without issuing any order(s), but with this purpose the information that is mandatory for completing an assignment or making any requests.
197. * Level 2 - Verbal Commands: A police officer starts to engage a Level 2 type use of force,
198. then the officer says they must have a reason to issue the command to a citizen or a subject. The reasons may change depending on the problem, although, they're mostly regarded about the safety of either subjects, citizens or police officers. This level is mostly shown when a police officer is told to request a specific ID of document(s) of a said subject or civilian.
199. * Level 3 - Physical Contact: The police officer who is dealing with a non-compliant citizen or subject, they're known to use physical contact to either get the civilian out of the vicinity or to make them leave. If the subject tries to become resistant with you, then you're allowed to move into Physical Containment.
200. * Level 4 - Physical Containment: For a non-compliant person that is a subject to a detainment or an arrest, this starts to begin and asks the police officer to use physical immobilization which is known as tazing (s)he, and in order to have the subject and safely but (s)he under arrest.
201. * Level 5 - Enhanced Containment: The police officer is to use his non-lethal equipment in order for the non-compliant suspect that is the subject of arrest or a detainment. As to show, the non-lethal equipment should be picked very reasonably using common sense, and it also deeply depends of the circumstances of the situation and the physical factors as well of the subject
202. * Level 6 - Lethal Deployment: The police officer beings to use their lethal firearms and attempt to hold the subject at gunpoint and this level should be used when police officers are dealing with an armed subject, this also gets to tell you that you're not allowed to open fire.
203. * Level 7 - Lethal Force: The police officer can use lethal force against a subject. This level should be used at times to allow the police officer to use his lethal firearm on the subject to completely disabling (s)he. Situations can go chaos at times and this is usually caused by the immediate threat to a citizen's life or the law enforcement officers. The lethal firearms shouldn't be fired from and to the vehicle, unless you or a police officer's life is at risk. Also, the permission must be granted from a supervisor. Something in mind that you should remember is when using lethal force, you shoot to kill, not shoot to injure.
204.
205. 46) You see your Captain walking towards a civilian in the lobby and begins to have a general conversation with him. Moments after they begin to argue and yell at each other when the Captain then tackles the civilian to the ground, prepared to punch him. What are the actions you take in this scenario? (3p)
206.
I'd quickly run over to the Captain, grabbing him by the arms and holding him back against the civilian. I'd try my very best to break the fight and calm everyone down. I'd detain the Captain just in case of anything and especially for everyone's safety as well.
207.
208. 47) You come across an apartment block that has an alleyway. You pull up there and see that there is a person robbing an old lady in the alleyway and has his weapon brandished. What do you do at this point? (4p)
209.
I'd call back up immediatly and then I'd walk up to the suspect with my firearm up, aiming at him I'd use the verbal force and ask the suspect to place down the firearm, and if not I'd get a clear gunpoint at the suspect and shoot at him.
210.
211. 48) A shootout breaks out in Glen Park. You are the only unit on-scene and the suspects who are armed are escaping in a black Huntley. A civilian who was caught in the shootout is now left for dead in the middle of the street. What do you do? (3p)
