  1. Hary became an orphan at four years old. His home remained his and many times did the criminals in the area try to rob it, only to get maimed, broken or killed by Hary. For the next twelve years, he lived in his house and dished out the justice of the Imperium to all those unfortunate to cross him. By the time he was sixteen years of age, he had become adept at both close quarter combat and the use of all forms of firearms, from laspistols to shotguns, heavy stubbers and grenade launchers. He gathered these off the bodies of the slain before gathering them up and handing them to the Adeptus Arbites. It was this constant supply of wanted criminals, illegal weapons and equipment that caught the attention of various areas of the Imperium. Firstly, the Adeptus Arbites thought he was a criminal who handed items in to them in order to appear loyal and legal, however after several months of surveillance, it was clear he was completely legit. He was, at the age of seventeen inducted into the Adeptus Arbites, he was so good at all aspects of the Arbites, from fighting to law, that he passed training in record time for the planet and possibly the Imperium in its entirely. This record and his promotion to Sergeant after just three years caught the attention of the Inqusition. The Ordo Hereticus was incredibly interested in him, his determination to route out all signs of dissent or heresy was remarkable and put some Ordo Hereticus Inquisitors to shame. On his eighteenth birthday he was drugged and brought in front of various Ordo Hereticus Inquisitors, when he awoke the first thing he said was “Drugging an Imperial Citizen is a criminal offense as dictated by the Book of Judgement” the Iniquistors didn't say anything but smile. They explained that they wished for him to continue to work with the Adeptus Arbites, but asked him to keep reports on anything that could mean heresy or corruption and if he did, he was to report to them. He was told if he performed well he would be granted Inquisitor status and have free reign to do what he want. This he liked, Hary had always thought some aspects of the law was too soft and dreamed of a planet and the wider Imperium living by his rules. He agreed, on one condition. The condition was that he had access to all Imperium weapons and as much ammo as he could carry. They agreed. With the backing of the Inquisition behind him, the power of the Adeptus Arbites and his determination to create a lawful and productive Imperium, there is nothing that can stop him. Apart from maybe reinforced blast doors.
