Energy Pylons are where you can place minerals to activate buffs (some minerals can also be upgraded).
The max duration of an Energy Pylon is 24 hours, so each day you have to keep spending resources to refresh it.
The guild leader can also choose to deactivate an Energy Pylon early (in case you want to change the active buff).
