  1. [20:37] Lilith would enter the temple of Ryujin, aweing at the wonderful lights, fire, and the gran design. When she does feel like she doesn't know what to do, like her mind is scrambled, she was told that meditating by staring into the fire would help.
  2.
  3. "Sorry Revan... I think trying this might help me a bit... It'll be quick"
  4.
  5. Kneeling down in from of Ryujin's altar, she would draw into the air, creating a candle and drawing a fire on top of it. When she was finished, it would burst into a flame, and she would concentrate on the energy, the steady consumption of fire.
  6.
  7. She hadn't planned on coming to the temple, yet she felt as if she owed Ryujin a visit because of her dragon blood. Yet, she wouldn't regret it, feeling a little calm in the presence of the heat. Her dull eyes would now focus on the fire ahead of her.

  10.
  11. [20:52] Following Lilly, it seemed they would find themselves in Myllenoris, checking the vacant housing, and eventually heading to the north they would find a temple adorned in dragon statues.
  12.
  13. ..Fireblood?
  14.
  15. He'd wonder, watching Lilly closely as they walk deep into the halls, eventually coming face to face with one most immaculate, the father of Garljing. Revan would find himself awestruck as Lilly would duck down, lighting a candle as she began to pray.
  16.
  17. ".. I didn't take you as.. A fireblood.." Though he should have, given her hidden draconic nature. "Take all the time you need." He would say with a warm smile, as she would meditate, Revan would make an offering, approaching the statue that had a bowl placed before it.
  18.
  19. Undoing the bandages around his hand, he would reach for a scalpel, dragging the edge across his palm and letting it fill the bowl before him, as he would take a seat and also begin to meditate.
  20. (Revan Task)
  21. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  22.
  23. [21:07] Lilith would look into the fire, her eyes in a trace, watching as it would flicker, glow, and burn the air around it. It... Was simple. Had a single meaning, had a single purpose. The fire had to survive, and it did that by consuming the air around it. If it didn't then it would flicker out, the light would fade away.
  24.
  25. As her mind would start to slowly drift away from her other thoughts, new questions would start to pop up in her head. Is emulating the fire burning in the candle the right path? How to be that beacon of hope, that light in the darkness, you had to consume something, that you had to fuel the light?
  26.
  27. What is my fuel... What is my drive? Why do I do what I do? What is my goal?
  28.
  29. Staring into the fire, she would see herself staring back. Yet, the figure staring back would be draconic in nature, a Lilith that has fully accepted her draconic blood and let it take over. Yet, she wouldn't look at this form with disgust or fear. She would look at it with awe.
  30.
  31. Is this the path I'm on? Will I really accept my draconic heritage?
  32.
  33. She would then start to feel heat surround her. Air magic being unable to dissipate it. Yet, it wasn't uncomfortable, it was... Comforting. Looking at Ryujin, she would start to feel a respect and awe that she never felt before. She really didn't understand the reason why the Fireblood would do these rituals and such, but after taking the time to meditate by staring into the fire she would finally understand.
  34.
  35. Fire... Is a beacon of hope, a light that dispels darkness and guides those who are lost. I will be that fire... To guide those who lose their path
  36. (Lilith Allison)

  38.
  39. [21:37] Ryujin, lord of the Spirit Realm, father of Garljing, and the divine spirit that created of life. Revan practiced certain breathing techniques from his father, as he believed it stoked the spirit, raising it to new heights just like the original dragon that breathed life into Eternia.
  40.
  41. Oh great creator, and greatest of all the Spirits, I humbly offer you my blood.. This liquid life.. As an offering..
  42.
  43. What was he praying for? What did he wish for? The son of the Elder Fireblooded was truly only here because he was lead by the woman he loved. He had received a single lesson, more so on the history of the church, from his father some years ago.
  44.
  45. Every spirit was a flame, and it was our duty to stoke them with our passions, to keep it burning strong with our resolve, to never let it dim or become cinders with their will power.
  46.
  47. These were the lessons imparted to him by his father, and Revan took all of them to heart. He was steadfast in his desires, knowing the sacrifice it took, the price the flames asked for to achieve that which he desired.
  48.
  49. However, what was it he desired in this moment? He would think to the drakan behind him, the one who hid her wings, who was ashamed to wear her horns with pride. He had seen her strength, the fire that burned within her. Everyday he witnessed how her spirit warmed the hearts of others, stoking their passions and letting their own flames rise.
  50.
  51. Though something was weakening her fire, her smile had grown cold with whatever weighed on her mind. Perhaps it was doubt, perhaps it was a lack of confidence. All the bandaged teen knew was that he wanted to help her reignite it, to turn her soul into the raging inferno he knew it could be. Revan wanted to return the favor to her, to help her soul grow as much as she had helped him.
  52.
  53. So that you might help one of your daughters.. One who has lost her way.. Show her the path she must follow..Help me turn her soul into.. The most immaculate pyre.. So that I may join her in the glorious glow of our spirits.
  54. (Revan Task)
