+++Appearance: Japanese a little more than 180cm tall, black hair, grey eyes, tatoo of a crescent moon and two spheres on the forearm.

+++Personality
Very extroverted. Described as boatsful, prideful, rash, loud, and difficult to deal with.
Often spoke in long sentences, or in grandiose manner, even if out of place.
Was always silent when in costume, however.
Openly disliked the Pleiades Saints.
Apparently fond of music arts, and a good singer.

+++Skills
Apt at healing, versatile conjuration, and creation of magical poisons. Advanced control of magic energy.
No distinctive magic pattern, Blast is a bolt of green lightning.
Known for her tendency to conjure large amounts of magical glue.
Not known to create any tools.
Exceptionally scientifically knowledgeable and skilled. Known to have operated on Familiars under Umika Misaki (see 11-006, CLR:A). Suspected of involvement in the Hayades Project.

Contracted at around October 20XX.
Accquitances: Ayaka Sunohara, Venenum of Tenth; Rouka Sukino, Vindicare of Tenth; Tenyo Asakura, Venenum of Ninth
Initially deployed as combat support, but often engaged in combat herself, uncharacteristically for a Venenum.
Known to operate on Familirs later in her career.
Reported to have appeared in Romania, XXXXXXX city, around June 20XX with a squad of other Magical Girls from the Tenth. It can be assumed this is the reason for her Witch's clear tie to the location.
Fled the Tenth at unspecified time, between March 20XX and 25. Feb. 20XX, four years after her contract, leaving almost a whole year of time where her location was unknown. Reportedly, she stole some important piece of machinery before having her Soul Gem rewired.
Designated to be purged upon any contact by the Tenth Incubator at 23. Nov. 20XX.
Tenth had requested a scrying on her location directly after above, result was blank. In the context of the following, this suggests either a provided anti-scrying protection of some kind, or possibly only a partial WO, such as by unlocking some Witch-Pattern magic.
A Magical Girl matching her description had been encountered at least three times in that year:
Once in a Beta Witch's Barrier in an unspecified location in Sahara, by Eversor Squad of Second, led by Eustina Chuggins, in 14. Jan. XX
Once in Asunaro City, near the headquares of Tenth, where she was caught by a security camera.
Once in a pub in Bangladesh, where she was directly recognized by an unspecied Callidus of Eighth. Reported to have been searching for the remnants of 11th.
Assumed to have Witched Out sometime in February of 20XX, because her first appearance in Romania's mountains was around that time.

+++Rank: Beta
+++[A Magical Girl who dedicated herself to befriending people. While of nurturing nature, she was faced with the truth that she can't understand anyone she doesn't contain. Now she has many colors, but she will never again be white.]+++

+++Form is reportedly similar to a bird skeleton.
+++She possesses a powerful charm in her song, that can affect even magical girls. Callidus or Culexus support is strongly advised, if she is fought at all.
+++Specific feeding pattern: Theoretized to consume bodies physically though no example had been given. Goes after young people of histrionic temperament, but seems to determine so visually (ie by coloured hair). Appears to also have a grudge on people of japanese descent.
+++Witch Kiss: See provided illustration. Placed on the tongue.

+++Familiars
+++Uno: A bird nearly split in two halves, one blue, and one pink. Attacks from distance using a stream of rainbow liquid. Appears to have more freedom than a regular Familiar. Theoretized to consume people physically, though no example had been given.
+++Dos: Same as above, but its form appears to be a form of sonic attack, which seems to create a powerful wave of force. More bloated in shape, yet faster than Uno.
Could be an evolved form of it, though that rises the question of why it has changed completely and didn't retain its previous qualities.
+++Both of the above have the same card: [A being that represents temperance and the unattainable perfection.]

+++Tucet: Apparently a very bloated version of one of the above. Shaped similar to a manta ray, covered in fang-like structures. Shoots projectiles both single and in volleys, apparently lance-shaped. Seems to be able to form a Grief Seed and maintain a primitive Barrier of its own, but from field reports, it seems that its own Familiars can only be Uno and Dos.
Its card is unknown, possibly because it's the same as her basic Familiar's. It does not seem to share Alcyone's tastes in feeding from the data available.

+++(Unknown): A humanoid figure with a beak. Seems to speak in Witch Letters, and in Mephistophelian lines. Encountered riding a highly advanced form of Tucet, wielding a scalpel-like lance, which appears to carry a weakening and, on magical girls, fever-inducing poison. If it has a card, it could not be prognosticated so far. It's unknown whether more versions of it exist, but all the encounters with it describe it the same way.
Suspected of being:
+++1) A peculiar form of Alcyone's Familiars.
+++2) A peculiar Magical Girl.
+++2a) Possibly related to the Hayades Project (see file 38-153, CLR:B).
+++3) A spare body, or a forwarded puppet, of Alcyone herself.

+++Barrier: Barrier has been reported by a seer to be a mountain top full of bird nests, covered with a net, like an aviary, battle reports omit the bird nests so far.
They do note the presence of tall grass of rich color, and tablets of green stone, however, and supports made of the same material. The tablets are engraved with quatations from several differnt sorcerous texts, most notably the Tabula Smaragdina almost in its entirity, and the Grand Grimoire. As it has been theoretised that some of Tomoe's own work may be still located within the Barrier, these are of eminent interest.
It appears that the lower Barrier is a cavern complex.


+++Behavior
Appears strictly in the mountains of Romania, in particular in the vicinity of the city XXXXXXXX. Her Barrier is short-lived and unstable, and appears to be bound to the presence of caves and cavities in the area - it is possible she created some of those herself, though impossible to prove. In result, she is very difficult to track down for hunters.
Sources from the Tenth claim that she is an artificially created Witch, and that Mitsuko Tomoe had somehow managed to exercise control over her Witch form.

Furthermore, sources claim that she seems to have WO in order to create a 'spear'. Considering her clear themes of merging and quickening, the fact that some of her more advanced Familiars do indeed create spear-like projectiles and weapons, and her Venenum background, it is assumed that her existence is in fact an attempt at creating the Lance of Ophelia (see the Lecticio Divinatus, Tome of Blood, 1:16-20).
